So.....since I wasn't able to get a response whilst playing CoH, I will post my question on here.....and maybe (or maybe not) get an answer....
Has anyone else seen the costume recipes for Malestrom's Pistol?
not being perverted or anything of the sort....while at the auction house I was looking for recipes to do to finish off the last invention badge (which I did btw) and just stumbled across it.....it is a "purple" colored recipe (ie Superior)....Was wondering has anyone else seen this and do you know when it first appeared?
there is nothing in the Paragonwiki about this either (I know I looked)....... -

UPDATE: Shine has obtained more information direct from the mothership, aka Quick. For the record, those little Yoda teeth layering the Jedi burger are not marshmallows but mozzarella cheese bits. The Dark burger is layered with hot pepper sauce and melted pepper cheese intended to bring out the dark side of your intestinal track. And that pitch black galaxy bun on the Dark Vador burger? Vegetable coloring. The cost for one of these saber-y (get it?) sandwiches is about 6 bucks. For a few more George Washingtons, you can add a side of "cheesy stars"—five-pointed fries doused in mozzarella and emmental cheese. -
ugh...really folks? People are whining over the friggin content in a comic book? Lemme ask you this....is anyone holding a weapon to your person and forcing you to read these comic books that you consider....inferior?
I get that people have to "vent" their frustrations about what they have read and why they feel it is bad for this reason or the other....
Personally I learned some time ago that my money does more talking than coming on a message board and complaining. Companies listen more to the bottom line than the "fans"...Why do you think I absolutely refuse to purchase anything that Mr. Liefield is involved with? I cannot stand his artwork...personally people with his level of ahem "talent" should be limited to childrens comics and nothing else. Same goes for some writers as well.
There are just some writers and artists I cannot stand and as such they do not get my money....that is simply all there is to it... -

Personally I rather enjoyed the Jason Momoa Conan.....it felt like he was the right choice to pick up the Conan mantle....while Schwarzenegger was good for the time, I would still pick Momoa overall (sacrilege in some circles I know), still he is more along the lines of what I think of when thinking of the sort of ethnic background Conan would have.....
Granted the role of Rose McGowan as Marique could possibly have been the "big bad" all by herself it still added to the story that she was the daughter of Khalar Zym who was essentially a power hungry madman intent on resurrecting his dead wife through magical means was interesting as a plot device....
It was interesting that Ron Perlman played the part of Conans father....I hadn't expected that and was quite suprised....Perlman (under appreciated IMHO) is one of my favorite actors and generally gets involved with movies that turn out fairly well.....
overall I would give the movie 3 out of 5 on a ratings scale.....Not the worst movie ever made, however not really the best....to me its one of those types of movies that will develop a cult like following down the road.... -
Could be something along the lines of SGU....where the ship flies into a star to "recharge" (aka gas up).....

Yes, I do understand (what Im going to guess is) frustration with the overall story.....IMO the comic is (pretty much) nothing more than a framework for the series to follow and thats all..... -

wow....just wow....talk about a kick in the teeth.....While the whole Sophia angle was getting a little long in the tooth (pun intended) and needed to be dealt with, the idea that she had been put in the barn with the other geeks and then coming out at the end was just unsettling to say the least.....
Well I imagine Rick just proved once and for all that he has the stones to do what is necessary to protect the "group". Shane may have had alterior motives for busting open the barn doors (ie someone in the group getting bit...Dale, Rick, Darryl, etc, etc), however that needed to be done....Sorry Herschel, but your family isnt coming back, at least he can take solace in knowing he wasnt the only one that lost a loved one....Shane needs to be dealt with, sooner rather than later...he is a loose cannon and is going to endanger everyone in the group....
From the looks of things there may be a fire fight between Shane and a couple of folks from the group come the 2nd half of season 2..... -

Stargate Universe
They can do good shows when they want to. They can also do low budget pieces of trash when they want to. It all depends on what direction they decide to take this. Since Eureka is over now (filming at least) if they were to let that cast, directors and writers loose on Booster it could be a great show.
and while Stargate Universe had an interesting premise the show only lasted 2 years and ended on a cliffhanger to which there will be nothing done to resolve that....
Also Eureka after 4 seasons is done....so while the show was decent Syfy has decided to kill it off.....
The only show remaining on your list is Warehouse 13 and who knows how much longer this show will last....yes yes a fourth season has been greenlit.....still....I base my argument on shows such as
Caprica
Andromeda
The Dresden Files
Farscape
First Wave
Flash Gordon
Painkiller Jane
and I am sure there are more shows that Im not listing here.....this is what Im basing my observations on.....I believe some may have an opinion on the quality of some of the shows on the list here, however most of these shows ended up as series being made for SciFi/Syfy and were cancelled before there was a series finale that was able to be done. -
or how about they do a spoof of DALLAS in which someone has a dream and then wakes up and nothing really happened.....

fer the love of god, will they just friggin find that missing girl already? The entire half of this season has been about trying to find this kid....will they just find her already? I really dont care at this point if they find her alive, dead or hell even zombified.....just enough already.....

While cool and all.... I have a problem with the network that this show will be on....Syfy.... I gave up watching Syfy once BSG was done.... Heck I have pretty much given up watching most television.... If a show doesnt pull a high "rating" the show gets yanked before being given a chance....besides, how main stream is Booster Gold? I know who he is and what he does......however does the general public?
I am not trying to rain on this parade here, because I really think that this would make for some interesting viewing if done right..... -
