Personally I cannot wait until all cars are driverless....simply to get the reckless and crazy drivers out of the driver seat. (Note: no I am not saying that I am not a perfect driver, far from it....its when I see someone swerve out from behind a big rig and then all but cut said big rig off as they swerve in front of them.) It is getting to the point where I am half afraid to drive anywhere....
Still in regards to this item....the techy things from Star Trek are becoming more and more reality....like cell phones, those were in the original series (the communication devices that they flipped open...think about it) and the medical beds that you lay down on and there is a screen at the head of the bed that brings up all your vitals and perhaps more...I saw something like that was being tested....so yea this device isn't really all that shocking... -

Not to sound like a loon here (I know I know)....it has been stated on one of the so called Mayan "doomsday" programs that 2012 has actually come a gone already....the person that came up with the calendar in its present form messed it up and didn't take into account a Roman Cesar who changed his name during his reign....AND DST (daylight saving time) was not adopted in the US officially until 1918, so we have that as well.....
Although personally I will be amused to find that nothing has occured on Dec 22nd of this year and hear all the doomsday cultist whine about how it this that or the other signified something or other.....
