no offence alphane but this isnt the first time i hae orgonised this event however this is the first time i have had somebody complane about it so much. the simple fact is pvp in this game is unbalanced so there is not point taking it this seriousely it should be something fun and entertaining no matter the outcome its why i do these events.

as for the idea of one or two sgs hitting the arena ye that sounds like a good idea apart from the fact the other reason i orgise these is so that people who dont normal pvp and may not be members oof massive sgs can get to take part but its this over seriouse and constant complaning about pvp that keeps them away from future events so im asking nicely we get your point understand your anoyed with the orgonisation hero side but its after the fact there isnt alot can be dun this time round but next time round you could lend a hand to raleying suport hero side and stop it from happening again

can you imagine Es first post and its doing something important for the group im almost in shock,..

there is a good chance i will be there as well however taking orders instead of giving them this time around oh and for anybody planing to take part if you can line up a shivan army it would be nice caz after all big killer blobs of lumpy jelly do come in handy every now and again

my problem when running events is im predominantly on villians and lost touch with mot of the heros sgs for planing things like this so more than happy for somebody blue side to step up and lend a hand planing another rematch/event a couple of weeks or so down the line because these events used to be a great laugh and a great way to give non pvpers a chance to enjoy the carnage and fun

for the record it was me that orgonised the event both on the forums and over the union leaders channel a global channel with members from both hero and villian sgs at the begining of the even as in over a month ago when i started planing it i repetedly asked for a hero sg to step up and orgonis it there side there was no takers

and with me orgonising it it wasnt evil behind the event planing it, instead it was my own sg dark lords of the undeworld evil just taged along so if people would stop trying to lay the blame on maxes feet for poor orgonisation on the heros side and instead of keeping the flame war going look back at my last post and tell me for next time who on the heros side should either be contacted to plan heros side or would volenterr to do exactly that im not a hard man to nail down

ok very silly but also fun give it a week befroe somebody has a mocked up board to show off as well as a hero side version as well

last thing i have to say in this thread before it gets locked because of a flame fest is this

its rather interesting that people arent questioning the fact that there was a poor hero turn out or the fact that nobody hero side made the effert to orgonise them into a fighting force instead villians are being blamed for showing up in decent numbers and orgonising into a decent fighting force just as villians side have always dun with these villians even when out numbered which is something that was very common in the older events


and some of the ed side did switch sides and from the broadcast chat there was actuly a few people from both sides swoping back and forth trying different toons and fighting the battle from both sides.


now on to the future im more than happy to try and orgonise a rematch in the fuure but using a midweek time if any of the doomsaying heros would like to join forces with me to get both sides orgonised and make a proper rematch of it then use the pm function or contact me in game @bru and lets see what we can get going

for the record all i can do is plan these events nothing more i cant foce people to show up

i do admit that in the ast i have always orgonised a decent sized turn out vilian side but this time i jst didnt have the time to put in

but finaly the reason i cross posted (post here and in the villians thread) was so that both sides had plenty worning to orgonise there own sides and teams to keep it balanced complaning after the fact dosnt help and just coz's problems when it comes time to plan another event

in all honesty i havent been in sirens since the last one of these i ran months ago i prefer rv and warburg, a few of my sg members and a small handufl of others have been on at me to try and pull another one together for a while so i finaly put some time aside for it

its not as pointless as you tihnk considering the problem being discused is people pretending to be a gm so if the gm names apear in a different color like red or whatever that gamers cant copy then it makes them stan out all that more and alot harder for people to try and scam there way round it

For far to long the villains of the rogue islands have left sirens call quiet and relatively untouched so now is the time to remind those spandex clad misfits of Paragon why the villains of the rogue islands should be feared. unfortunnitly this has actuly happened before in the game ive personaly witnessed and reported it a couple of times o union many moons ago havent seen anything like it in a while tho but i agree this would be a good thing to stick on the gmotd as there are huge amounts of gamers dont come near the forums that could be dooped into beleving some of these scamers

you can always take advantage of things like radio and safegaurd mission to bridge the gaps between tf runs and zones like working thru hallows as well as faultline to help make it interesting along the way but all in all sounds like a good idea just a putty i dont have the time to take part in it myself

im the samer as kiken had a us acount from the us bata so started over ther however do actly prefer to play this side and would rather bring my old toons over here than the other way round

juat remember one thing about using th floating thing to place items it is actuly a bug and if the dev team finaly get round to looking at bases you could find yourself with a ew problems its one of th reasons ive avoided using it myself in base designing

Ok, but can't SGs restrict access to these things on a membership level basis? I don't run an SG, but if I did, I'd make it so that the lowest level member wouldn't have access to as many of the facilities I could restrict, as far as taking salvage/etc. Give them a week's trial or something, then promote. Being in a pretty well stocked SG at the moment I know how good it is and wouldn't have minded waiting a while to access the extra resources.

the access restrictions within the sg controls is by rank within the sg not by actuly lvl of the character itself this is were experiance in control of an sg comes in coz you do need it to sort when best to give people promotions an thus access to the base storage systems

altho the trial acount system as it stands at the moment seems extreme its not that far off what alot of other mmos have dun in the past coh for a long long time was one of the very few that actuly aloud trial acounts full access to the game and the current changes were only made because of abuse of the trial acount system so altho some of the restrictions may seem unfair i think they are needed for a large nnumber of reasons

von your getting as bad as me and max used to be with these threads

but to stay on topic the dirtys is a good group nice bunch of people but then i would say that we are coalitioned with them

i run dark lords of the underworld a slightly more layed back bunch of people freindly and active, tend to run the group for the members and not the members for the group if that makes any sence at all. we also have a number of active coalitions like dirtys and a few other to helpmake up teams

if you wona know more just gimi a shout ingame @bru and if you end up with the dirtys you can always torment us across coalition chat
