Stacking lateral files
Thats just on lateral file, not one stacked on top of another. The lateral files are then stacked on desks (the desks are turned around so you can only see the flat back of them). The gaps at the bottom are made by taking one of the desks away once the stacking has been done (in the same way that you get things to float).
Ill preface all of that with, I think.
Very confusing, might be good if you help me ingame on Sunday?
If thats a good time for you. Make an alt and you can do it for me xD
Just remember you can place items under already floated ones.
Id more than happily help, but I have a knowledge ability gap. As in I know how its done, but I cant do it myself.
The principle is put down to rustic desks, put the lateral file on top and then take one of the desks away. Also, as Coolio mentions, you can always take both the desks away and then slide something else under the floating lateral files.
Im still more than happy to drop by on Sunday if you are still struggling (send me a tell on my global). If you can get things to float, I can tell you where to place things, but there are far more talented people out there than me.
Ask any of the guys who posted in this thread [linky] will give you a hand Im sure.
juat remember one thing about using th floating thing to place items it is actuly a bug and if the dev team finaly get round to looking at bases you could find yourself with a ew problems its one of th reasons ive avoided using it myself in base designing
There isnt a problem on earth that cant be solved with the proper aplication of hi explosive's

Hey guys, take a look at this image http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/l...lingalley2.jpg
Im aiming at the blue things at the back, lateral files. They've been stacked on each other and on the silver boxes, does anyone know how its done? Ive tried using the stacking method, but cant do it.
Thanks guys
