As for Hamster's all blaster TF, they sound rather like an exercise in how many times they can team wipe before finally getting lucky.

    Awwwwwweee.

That has to be one of the cutest things I've ever seen a child post on the internet.

You should have your mom print it out and put it on the kitchen fridge. With a magnet.

Seems to me Hamster and his all blaster TF's are doing the job as easily as any all defender or controller team I have ever been apart of. *shrug*

Top Doc's all Kehldian team seems to be doing just as well.

    Flukes I suppose.

    Cheers!

    [/ QUOTE ]

I doubt that. It's not really possible with teams of equal skill.

  6. Many people on these forums are becoming increasingly worried about attacks on developers and moderators. They say it's not only cruel, vicious and immoral, but also blatantly unfair. The moderator is heavy, violent, abusive and aggressive with four legs and great sharp teeth, whereas the people attacking them are usually only a small, greasy Spaniard. Given this basic inequality what can be done to make fighting the moderators safer?

Well, basically it's quite apparent that these little dago chappies have got it all wrong. They prance round the moderator like a lot of bally night club dancers looking like the Younger Generation or a less smooth version of the Lionel Blair Troupe, with much of the staccato rhythms of the Irving Davies Dancers at the height of their success. In recent years Pan's People have often recaptured a lyricism and what we must do now is to use devices like radar to locate the moderator and SAM missiles fired from underground silos, to knock Lighthouse over. Then I would send in Scottish boys with air cover to provide a diversion for the rednames, whilst the navy came in round the back and finished him off. That to me would be moderator-fighting and not this pansy kind of lyrical, evocative movement which George Balanchine and Martha Graham in the States and our very own Sadler's Wells troops could also be used in an auxiliary role in international chess, where... What? ... oh...

  7. And WHAT are those, exactly?

    :0

(on looking up in Hero Builder)
    deff buff/recharge
    travel-o
    dam-acc

Could use one more of the 1st for hurricane (and maybe buildup on one character, through most of my characters w/ build up already have 3 of them per)
Middle, could use a dozen of them, but they're not a high priority
Dam-acc - can always use, but have so many of them as it is...

How many would you be willing to trade for a dam-acc?

/em envisions loading up his PB w/ dozens of level 50++ lysos

Right now, all my Ham-O's are slotted, iirc. Need to double check, might still have two stashed on my en/en blaster.

If you have a wish list and are willing to trade a few Lysos for a more usefull Ham-O, post it, can save on to things after a raid.

  13. Need to update that post. Cosmic quit.
  14. Game: City of Heroes
    Group: The Fist of Justice

After the Great Hamster Fracus II, most of the survivors from the Shield of Valor banded together with me, Celtic (The_Scotsman, aka Manticore's Cabin Boy), Kong, and Krole to form the Fist of Justice.

This group also doubles as the sister group villains of Shadows of Victory.

This is a fairly casual but active group. As a point of policy, we try to recruit mainly from the forums, through members are always encouraged to bring in good people that they know/come across. As such, we have a fairly high level of competency in the group, with many of Victory Forum's people having their mains/highly played alts in the group. Forum posting isn't required, but reading the forums and being knowledgable about the game is highly encouraged.

Mainly a pve group, through light pvp'ing is done. Good network of coalitions setup. All members hang out in the global channel Victory Forum.

While we're not the sort to go zone to zone spamming for members, having a full active group is nice, both in terms of team ups and building up on a base.

Superbases, sadly, need a good membership base. Combined with everyone playing CoV, that makes it even harder to get a lot of prestige for a base in CoH.

Currently, there's only so much you can do with a base. PvE wise, we're well past where we need to be. When Instant Base Raids work, I'd like to be doing that more often. Items of Power raiding is also of interest, but as that's currently a major screw job if you get raided, it's of a side concern.

If you're interested in joining up, please free free to drop me a line. Membership is also open to any Shadows of Victory players.

Currently in the top 30 groups on Victory, looking at becoming more active. Base is fully pve functional (all telepads, medical base), will make it pvp functional eventually (this week).

If you're interested in an active but casual sg, please drop me a line here or in game.

Can currently take on a few new characters/people.

    Group: Shadows of Victory

Formed during CoV beta as a general ghetto for Victory players, we reformed when CoV went live. This also doubles as the sister group for the hero group, the Fist of Justice (many/most of the members have main characters in both groups).
