  2. I don't agree with having timers; I see no real reason other than the developers not wanting players to blow through the content quickly.
  3. I'm trying to develop a good leveling build for this blaster that I'm soon rolling up. Capped S/L defense as well as much recharge I can get. So far I'm capped and have around 100% in global recharge bonuses. If you can figure out another way either to lower the cost of the build while maintaining defense cap and or defense cap to another position and as much recharge as possible please point it out lol.

  4. Is Soul Drain supposed to lose stacks once it gets closer to the duration being over? Ive been noticing that it doesn't seem to last the entire duration. So lets say it hits 10 enemies about 7 seconds before it ends it will start blinking and losing stacks till the buff just wears off. WAI?

  6. I've barely noticed the change in terms of damage output on my Dark/Shield. Instead of all minions being dead there are now on average of 3 still alive with about 1/8th their health left.

    From what I'm reading the AMD is good for multi threading applications but for over clocking the i7 is much faster as well as consuming less power. I do however like the price you got them for and I'm seriously reconsidering buy the AMD instead.

    Keep in mind this I did this without reading anything here in the market place, but hanging around here has given me a few more ideas.

    Basically, If I can do it, you can do it.

    I actually have a Claws/Shield build already made in Mid's if you want to see it. I can show you how to modify mid's in order to let you make a Claws, Katana, and Spines/Shield build. Its disgustingly awesome too

  22. Again I really think we should continue with figuring out how to balance out Shield Defense as well as Super Reflexes and less focusing on petty arguing on any other AT. This conversation should be about SR and Shield Defense. Someone brought up to buff Elude almost like MoG, I think that would go a long way into helping SR. I also think they should switch the order Evasion and Lucky in order to really help out SRs large AoE hole.

    This assumption is too general and does not take into account people who love Shield Defense and have thought it is too above average a set. Like me for instance, I've been one that has been pushing a Shield Charge change since the change to its damage output when the AT modifiers were added.     I will definitely be attaining this power once GR comes out. That reminds me I actually need to go buy GR lol. I'll use it on my Spines/Dark and see how he fairs but I have a feeling I might be stripping my Spines/Dark and relegating him to Went Worths duties.
