  1. A damage aura from a shield lol. That is probably one of the most laughable things I've heard in a while. Seriously what am I going to do spin around with my shield hitting everything around me? lol no thanks.

    You may not like shield charge as it is but numerous people do. I use shield charge like a PBAoE attack power. Run in Soul Drain > AAO > Shield Charge everything is usually dead after that.

  4. Dark Armor will be much tougher then Electric Armor and it will cost more endurance then Electric Armor. Pared with Electric Melee for PBAoE boss stunning ability.

    You're playing it wrong if you're having to heal every other attack . Defense is your friend
  6. Regeneration

    Wishlist: Other secondaries have debuff resistance to their primary or major form of damage mitigation. It would be nice if Regeneration had some form of Recharge or Regeneration debuff resistance. Either placed in Integration or Resilience or just like Reconstruction gives Toxic resistance Dull Pain could grant debuff resistance.
  7. I'm going to go out on a limb but I think most of us are forgetting that a lot of people still don't use inventions. With SOs I'm pretty certain that it wouldn't be anything near what we're comparing it to.

    50% damage increase? Wow Shield Charge just went from ridiculously good ludicrously over powered lol. With Soul Drain and AAO I'm pretty sure I'll be close to it's enhanceable damage cap.

  12. You lose some resistances but you're at the soft cap now. I'd really recommend getting the steadfast protection: resistance/defense, it isn't difficult to get rolling bronze rolls from AE at L30-34. I also frankenslotted some of your powers to lower your endurance usage as it was kind of high. I also switched the slotting in smite and siphon life because you want more recharge and accuracy in siphon life for that heal to hit more often. Also you'll want to slot true grit with healing enhancements because that will really help you more then a few more percent of resistance.

    Unless you're sole purpose is to solo an Assault Rifle wielding or Radiation manipulating enemy you won't have to worry much about DDR.

  17. I use Fire Ball only when there are large groups. Usually when I go through my AoE chain (Soul Drain > Shield Charge > Dark Consumption > Fire Ball) usually everything is fairly dead save a boss and a lonely lieutenent.

    Yes Fire Ball does use up quite a bit of endurance and it is very noticeable when I spam Fire Ball. I have considered respecing out of Blaze Mastery and have a build for that where I do have Physical Perfection in it with Conserve Power. He'd be quiet a bit more rugged due to having increased resistances, regeneration, and defense debuff resistance but he'd also lose quite a bit of offense in not having Fire Blast and Fire Ball.

    So I guess in the end it is a juggling game lol

Much like how even now, looking back on Issue 16, I wish we'd have done a few things slightly differently...and were we to start from scratch, I'd want to do a lot of things very differently.
    You should reengineer the vfx system to allow multiple skeleton types when power customization V2 comes out next year.
  23. Okay this is a newer build I've made and tested out and it performs well but not well enough. I am looking to obtain higher ddr and resistances, maintaining around the same recharge +/- 2 to 3%, maintain the same endurance consumption, maintain similar numbers +/- 15% in siphon life, I am willing to sacrifice some offense. Thank you
