    assume u wont use this toon in zonal pvp much with all the IOs being lvl 50
    i would only 3 slot bu with membranes and move the 2 extra slots on charged armor and conductive shield and put a impervious skin: status resistance in for a bit extra mez res when u fight trollers/doms

    also i would drop either swift or hurdle and get health and slot it with numina: regen/recov and miracle: recov for more end

    Some of us have been playing fire/kin controllers for many issues now, for you to just make a post to try and stop/reduce people playing such a great combination is a proper joke. Pre lvl 32 is a real struggle, it's all rewarded at lvl 38+, seems fair to me.

    agree with globe on this one, ive been playing my fire/kin since i7 now (with no PL).

    yea i dont like seeing so many fire/kins out there just for farming, i made my fire/kin when i was newbie because i thought the sets were cool. Sure i have the stupid family farm with chim but i barely ever PL ppl, only time i ever decide to farm is if i need the infl for IOs.

    grav/ff IO build

    nice build from what i can see

    few guestions/suggestions
    1. 6 LoTG rech? should only be 5, 6th one wouldnt make any diff. unless the 5x rules doesnt apply for lotg rech

    2.why slot 6 decimations in a power? the 6th only gives u 1.575 res to toxic/psi, Id drop the dmg/end IO and put in a dmg/acc HO, with the dmg/acc ho the acc goes from 62.73% to 92.22% also the dmg increases by 6%

    3. why not put 2 slots in health, put in a miracle +recov for the extra end.

    4. though already mentioned u have 3 stealth IOs slotted

    dont know much about fire and its mez res but maybe slot impervious skin: status res in all ur armors just for the extra mez res incase u fight trollers or doms

    I'm not much of a PvPer but I guess Invinc can be quite useful in zone PvP. Luring your opponents close to a mob will provide you extra defence and the acc bonus is always nice. I'd drop ResEnergies and pick Invinc instead.

    chose ResEnergies because of how many EM stalker/brutes r out there, need some kind of nrg defense
    only power i saw that i could drop for invinc is resist physical damage (auto s/l armor) dropping that armor would make my s/l res 78% instead of 90% (cap).

    build shows me having a 10sec down time on IW, but thats with 1siphon cba to figure with it x3

    slotted boxing so much because i tend to use this power for an extra stun (it helps )

  22. id say add an extra acc on ur powers, but thats just me, if ur gonna go for fa its not needed for pve.
    and as for running 3 toggles with quils and fa isnt that end heavy as u think, my spine/sr is 50 (IO build) and has no end problems what so ever. Only time i seem to have a problem with my end is when im exemped to 38 for wb since i dont have stamina there (again IOs provide me with lots of end)
    as for no travel power .. i played my spine/sr from 1-47 without a travel, 3 slotted sprint quickness and swift. speced in sj just for pvp so i have some vertical
    if ur 2 slotting sprint quick and swift id suggest putting 2 run in elude as well, if u hit elude u will reach speed cap, ive checked the numbers on mids for my scrapper :P
