Now to escape before getting beaten to death by all the other servers!

So... you hit the domination power again when it recharges while in domination already since your bar is still full. That way you get double domination for a bit. Even if you had enough recharge I don't think you could 3 stack it though because by that time the first domination should have worn off and taken the domination bar with it.

Also remember some attacks have delayed damage times meaning her attack might have actually done the hit check several seconds before hand and you weren't phased then or not completely. So after the animation and fx played it just so happened it took long enough that you were in phase already. Thus you still took the damage as the attack went off before hand but because of the delay it didn't hurt till after. You notice this alot in the game if you pay attention to it and some powers are more obvious then others, especially snipes.

Actually this whole discussion came up in beta long ago. Generally aside from a few purists, people said that things like aliens were Natural origin since from their planet they are nothing special. I beleive even a dev posted in that thread agreeing with it.

Now does this mean all aliens are natural? Hell no, plenty would use technology to boost their own abilities or undergo a mutation, maybe even find a magical item or simply be a science expirement gone wrong.

Hell, my character Ryko is a natural but he is not human or alien and came into his 'powers' by act of magic so why is he a natural? Simple, the magic created a new species and the result was Ryko so he is completely normal just that it started with magic.

Looks good from what I could read. Speaking of which... no offense but can you change it to colors people can read in CoH browser with out their eyes imploding from strain? Also thats alot of smileys, and it really detracts from the guide, why not use * for the rating instead.

In my book no that is not a one shot unless followed by a tp foe onto the mines because that gives you no chance to fight where as if you accidentally or were strategicaly moved onto it was by your choice and you deserve the damage.
