I am still not getting Inf/xp/Prestige/salvage etc. etc. for any kill in PvP lol, currently put PvP to a hault until i actually here of people actually getting one. Other than that just farming. Since you need like 200-500mil for a freakin Purple or PvP IO. So lame.

im thinking Earth/Sonic, Holds, Slows, -res, and a cage that will annoy someone alot

Supposedly the system was designed to help the more casual PvPers PvP. In reality it hampered us, made it harder to learn how things worked, and even frustrated a LOT of us with the nerfing most of the powers got. PvP was simple before i13. You knew pretty much what you were getting into when you went into a PvP zone, and you also knew how things worked since it was pretty much like PvE.

i quit this game anyway, until they decide to fix somethings, meaning a i12 button, for Arena. Or like two different Zones for each one, like one zone for sirens call i12 PvP, then another for i13+ Bad PvP zones.

Now if you really decided to think about it. A match with dr off puts everyone at res cap, not to mention they will be at HP cap. Many things will do little damage. Not to mention an emp on the other team would turn what would normally be a two second death not even letting the emp heal him/her. would end up turning into a chase... Stalkers can get the job done fast without turning into more time then is needed. And many things just dont have that big of damage numbers that can be done in one attack.
