Well crap. My PB was hoping for more slots.

Something else I noticed about it was my six slotted powers had more room on the end. Didn't think much about it till I read War Witches address.
"So there is a lot in store for you with new Power Sets, new zones (in the awesomeness that is Praetoria), more missions, and the Going Rogue system (with has lots of missions, too). Not only that, but familiar characters that you met in Paragon City or the Rogue Isles make a re-appearance in this alternate universe, and a teensy tinsy introduction to the Incarnate System should keep you level 50s busy for some time!"
Last sentance was interesting, or maybe I'm weird and I see stuff that isn't there. Was it done in preparation of GR? -
Like I said, This my PvE and farm build. I knew there would need to be changes. Why phase on a tank? Thank you both for the input. I'll see what I can work up.

I have a Fire/SS tank I use to farm with. I was wondering how it would do in some PvP. The current build focuses on recovery, psionic defense and resistance, and some melee defense. Sirens Call is were I want to PvP, what do I need to change?

I have 476% on my Wp/Nrg. That's about 60 hp/sec. Don't even have RttC in the build.

And is there a reason It exported all that extra stuff? Thought I had Mids set to just export the link and data chunk.

With the new spines animation, I'm finally able to use the set, so I rolled me up a stalker. A spines/energy. He's been a blast so far. I was wondering if I could get some imput on my build. I want to PvP with him, and I've worked up a build with my budget in mind. Please tear it apart and see what I need to change around. Thanks in advance.

Had an idea going through my head past couple of days, and don't remember seeing it anywhere before. Someone on a team mentioned needing the level cap raised. I think a lot of people think raising the level cap would make them more powerfull, personally I don't care anything about grinding another 10 levels or so. Now slots on the other hand, I think everyone could use more of. What if TF's and trials went back to a reward window when you finished. You could choose from a random IO roll, merits, or slots. When you picked slots, you would be rewarded 3-5 slots, and you would go to a trainer and claim them, placing them would be like leveling up. Just think of all the places we could put more IO set bonuses, and I know my WS and PB would love it. What do you think?

I'm pretty happy with the build. Thought I'd get some different opinions. This is my PvP build. Been dueling in RV with him past couple of nights. Only things that beat me so far are corrupters. One was a **/cold, benumb is nasty when you count on regen. The other was a elec/kin. No endurance is hard to play with too. No money for purples, don't think I'd have a use for them anyway. Still missing a few pieces here and there, got bids in. Will I need to just avoid corrupters? Thanks for any replies.

I deleted a 49 fire/kin because I didn't like the way it played. Rerolled as a fire/ss tank.

Finding them is the biggest problem. Once out of hide stalkers, with a few exceptions, aren't that hard to beat. I think */regen happens to be one of those exceptions though. Maybe a rad/* defender? You'll have -def, -res, -rch, and -regen.

I play on Liberty. RV is usually pretty active there. I have a couple of heroes I use and a villian. I'd be glad to run a couple arena matches. As for zone PvP, just be prepared to die, and remember it's just a game and don't let it bother you. Send me a tell @Ruthless Raptor.

I still like the idea of CD providing a hide stance, like stalkers and banes, and having the snipe do more damage. Maybe let the other powers have a small crit from hide.

I can cap my perception on my arch/dev. It takes targetting drone, tactics, perception IO, and base buff to do it. Usually don't worry with the base buff though. I can see everything fine, except for stalkers. Stalkers are just a pain in the [censored].

So, all heroes cap at 571.5? Are the caps for villians different? I know stalkers are higher.

If I can catch one moving, chances are good he's out of BG mode. Surveilance, blazing arrow, and snipe is all it takes. If in BG mode, then aim, surveilance, rain of arrows, fistfull, exploding shot, fistfull, exploding shot. Me or the pets are usually dead by that point. If it's the pets, then a single target shot or two does the job.
