You can't solo. Even the base buff won't get you all the way there (you'll still be a bit short).

I don't think any blasters can cap out perception unless your /devices. Keep moving and you don't need to worry about it, because no stalkers will get within 10 feet of you for you to see.
I can cap my perception on my arch/dev. It takes targetting drone, tactics, perception IO, and base buff to do it. Usually don't worry with the base buff though. I can see everything fine, except for stalkers. Stalkers are just a pain in the [censored].
I tried to search for the answer to this, but search doesn't appear to be working.
On my PvP Sonic/Mental Blaster, how can I max out my perception? I already have Tactics, and I have the Rectified Reticle IO slotted.
