In the High Energy Lab of the University complex in Steel Canyon , no one was watching TV , so when the new yocto-Joule field detector started jumping off scale , due to the “strange energy spikes “, the reaction was of scientific wonder ,and most of the HE team started to recorded and verify the machines output ..only Dr Pru Machugh seemed more immediately interested in the source ..but then she did have other senses the rest of the team lacked ..

Claiming to be going to rush to the main computer room to grab some extra runtime , she slipped out of the HE lab and made for the roof ...

By the time she reached the roof she was wearing the tri -coloured costume of her hero self Strangelet.....but she had remembered to clone a energy self ,which was now getting the mainframe time for the team ..multi tasking ..the easy way ........

From the roof Strangelet scanned the surrounding city .....

Sterenuli , started his career as a Family enforcer , but soon found his true calling as fence of the exotic and unique , reportedly fencing the stolen jewellery of the Maharajah of Illuistan , the paintings from the Hugh Helfdorf Mansion heist , and the artifacts from the Paragon City Museum's exhibition of the Tomb of Phathcoransses .

In 2005 Sterenuli broke faith with the criminal underworld by informing on the Steelwhip gang , a splinter Freakshow group , named for their use of steel-fibred electro whips in place of the Freakshow more normal blades and hammers . Sterenuli always claimed that the Steelwhip's activities had crossed the line from criminal to insane and that he was not bound by the oaths and codes of the crime world .

Official sources claim Sterenuli died of natural causes and was not got to by his enemies .



Benny , as a fence , dealt in the one off items , the special ,hard to shift , not the lorry load of TV's or the paper from a bank job .He would deal with items that would remain hot for years , and find the best deal for all parties .

as with most human to human interaction , one has to take care when dealing with other humans ..its very easy to be misinterpreted ...

People are a problem

there are only a few Stam - less builds ..and try explaining End Reduc Enhancements and slotting takes way longer , as such slotting will change across levels .

the problem is trying to explain you have to get to level 20 to be able to get Stamina .. ..now that would make a good Vet reward ..stamina with no pre req's

by now you thing it would be on the first splash screen .. GET STAMINA ....

The two forms of Elitism I ever come across are , one , the ..” well he doesn’t have any vet badges ..typical noob “ type ..where the person is dismissed as worthless because they are new to the game …which is a double shame ..as how else are they meant to learn but to play , and what a “shoot ones self in the foot” method when we want more players on the servers , to keep the game growing and active .
The second variant is the “ that’s not how you build a whatever/whatever AT “…ok Yes if you offer up your toon for teaming ..it is only reasonable to have the basic powers for the build .. but often it goes too far , and I even see people being ranted at for their slotting and IO picks …part of the joy of CoX is variety …hopefully dual builds will help this problem …

Having played a wide range of MMO’s I do have to say there does seem to have a large number of proactive vocal Elitists , compared to other game ..may be part of this is the ease of seeing the numbers behind the game , makes it easy for those who have to claw that last 0.05% bonus to define perfection .

As it seem that they are involved in a armed conflict and are called a militia ((in canon )) , I have to agree with CB ..the shoot first ..they are in a war situation … look at the weapons they use ..any prisoners are a problem for them ..lets assume as they are the good guys (( can we ? )) they may have a prison camp (( or may be ship )) where they can store prisoners until the conflict is resolved .

in which case longbow can not send people to the Zig from the isles ..in fact they could not legally send them back to the US ..

i guess they could smuggle them into the US then have them arrested IF they are wanted in the US .. the US does offer bounties on international criminals ...

Does Longbow have any conection to any "rebel Goverment " in the isle that is a real political organisation opposed to Recluse ? ... ?

So Longbow is a Merc unit operating in a hostile region ..so it can do what it likes with prisoners , which technically it cannot arrest as it has no legal powers .
However as I am not the best on canon ..
Question one ..is the government of the rouge isle recognised by the US ,
Question two ..is longbow a military or a federal organisation …

IF the US does not consider there to be a legal government in the RIs and Longbow is military , then anyone arrested can be considered a combatant and places in a military prison camp , under military control ..This is what the US did in Somalia ..and at the start in Afghanistan ….
Yes this in not in line with international law , but is how things have been done by many countries before .

Even with the extra undead forms to study Ravenna had no desire to be in the same room a flying grenades and bullets ...Finding another broken window she flew out of the Duck and across the street , well out of harms way ..

the login completes and i see the message at the top of the page saying i am logged in , but if i try to go to any other page i get auto logged out ...Help please ..
