Not exactly. The way the math works (like recharge reduction) is that the first generic endmod slotted in Stamina is worth more than the second slotted in QR. (Of course, that's the base slot.) So--if using plain endmods of the same level--your second slot in QR should definitely precede your second slot in Stamina, which should precede your third slot in QR which should precede your third slot in Stamina.

You're simply wrong here. Recovery isn't increased on the same path as Recharge (which does follow the diminishing path). Recovery is improved from a point of (1 + endMod). Recharge is improved inversely because recharge is determined by 1/(1+recharge). The slotting advice I've given is still correct.
What you're probably thinking is going to decrease the effectiveness is ED, which isn't going to hit until the second slot, at which point it's pointless to continue slotting. Because QR is simply the larger buff, it should get slotted completely before you even begin throwing slots into Stamina. If you want, I can do even more complete math for you.

I've seen it reward both 10 and 11 end on my characters in the chat window, and the endurance tests I've gone through have always demonstrated to me that it's a percent benefit of max endurance rather than a flat quantity. I've got good reasons for using 10% rather than 10 end.

I've never gotten more then 10. I just wrote it off as 10% of base just like the rest of the bonuses. If this is the case, why am I only getting 10? -
The base end is 100. So, it grants 10% of your base endurance, ingoring all buffs and enhancements like accolades and set bonuses. Its a shame crashing powers don't work the same way. Oh what joy that would bring to the use of unstoppable, nukes, elude, and light form.

If you want more regen, switch the two miracle in true grit for two triange(?) *Spelling*

Put 4 performance shifter: +end, end mod, end mod/acc, and end mod/rech in quick recovery and put a performance shifter: +end and and end mod in stamina. That is if I understood you correctly. If that's one too many, just remove the end mod from stamina.

Also, the stealth IO stacks with the stealth power. If you dont take Superspeed, you can do that. If you dont stack it with ss or the stealth power, you will still be seen at close range.

Based on the amount of times I've teamed with */ela brutes and from my own horrid experiences with my axe/ela brute (now deleted), this set would be interesting ported to blue side. Some have been able to do great things with this set. I wasn't one of them
I can see this set totally owning in synapse TF and the first mission of katie TF (mary bashing anyone?). Vahlz, hydra, arachnos, freak tanks, and ITF I see will be a pain. I still have nightmares of toxic taranchculas, slag golums and getting dropped in AE boss farms the moment I attacked a mob.
As far as cp is concerned, I can see them treating this like they do the epic ATs and block similar powers that where already taken. ie: widow's follow up/build up, crab's venom grenade, kheld's can't even touch flight or TP pools. If they do allow it, it may get treated like the stone armors or multi stealth powers.
I see short circut as better fit as a replacement for elm's jacob's ladder. I don't see that happening though. Only time will tell. For the first time, Ill be looking at all the ported sets in test. The last issue with PP was a no brainer. I knew exactly what I was going to roll. This time, I have less slots to work with along with questionable power ports with only claws on brutes and rad blast on blasters being the only two no brainers. -
I had a lot of fun leveling my DM/WP. Its able to take some hits. Well, a lot of hits. And it exemps well. I can exemp to do a positron and loose all of my bonuses and not be weak. That's my out look on it. I never got far with any of my /DA scrapper attempts. I may try again one day.

Funny, because I read the Scrapper boards and while yeah there are posters that say they want EM, they're also usually saying "I want it all(paraphrased)" so in essence, it's not that they *don't* want Elec melee, it's that they want Elec melee AND EM, SS, Axe, etc.
Besides that, they can't complain it's another smash/lethal set either. Also, the only place to get Electric Melee on that side is Blasters and Defenders so it's a whole new set.
I don't need to wait until test to make my judgement. I've tried BS and Katana on Scrappers and I've tried 'Ninja Blade' on Stalkers. The only thing I'm in the dark about is the animations. Will Babs make a cool, interesting AS for the set? Will he change BS attacks to not look like a guy swatting flies with a metal stick?

Then you should know certain sets play differently on stalkers then they do on the other melee ATs. And what villain other then a MMs henchmen use a broadsword? Looks to me that stalkers are getting something new as well. One of the top big hitters at that. BaB said the AS will be a 2 second wined up then sword stab. You can call fail if you want. I'm still waiting till test. Swatting flies with a metal stick was funny though. Lol -

All my toons Ive ever taken to the Shadow Shard just have SJ or SS and they do fine... just get the VidiotMaps map overlay and buy a jetpack in case you miss a jump. Not that it will really matter because hardly anybody goes in there any more...

If the hold true to what they did with fire melee power proliferation they will be giving it a single target attack ala creamate in place of the one of the AOE's, most likely Jacobs Ladder(Hopefullly) or Thunderstrike. Even Spines gets enough single target attacks to form a attack string.

What they did with fire was port the brute set over and switched the levels scrappers got certain powers and switched taunt powers. I'm expecting the same thing to be done with elec. Jacobs ladder isn't that bad of a power. I would rather thunder clap be replaced with something. How about short circut?

We got the no temp powers part covered. Now we gotta work on getting 121 less defeats. About 15 of those were mine. About 10 of them were one shots. Honestly, at one point it looked totaly doable. The problem is that it will require specific types of sets and powers and being extra extra careful. *Looks around at fellow scrappers* Really? I'm not saying it can't be done. It just wouldn't be fun. -

We were down to the green (last) tower, when our inspire load for that run was wearing down. I said, "Anyone mind if I use a Nuke?" I think I almost got lynched on the spot.
I spent all that time getting them and now I'll never need them (maybe Kahn or for fun at an all scrapper Rikti Raid).

Im impressed myself. but i had a feeling we could do it. the funny part is, some people I know that run STFs on a regular would of had a heart attack if the team did some of the stuff we did. from spawning sands while still underground thus casing the massive ambushes. to dropping two AVs while still being chased by the security chief ambushes. and fighting GW in melee!! That right there was the highlight of the whole thing for me. ITF was a little funner. But this drops all the talk about how you "need" certain ATs to do certain things. like you need range for GW and you need a tank paired with an empath for LR. you need debuffs to hit mako when he has elude up. (well, we did have two tactics running lol) The truth is all you "need" is to know what the hell you are doing. I wish we had it on video. -

As for the Repairmen, it was hard to tell what was going on with them. We had our AoE's, two burn patches going on, and two blazing auras.
Something really cheap happened though when we defeated the yellow tower. One of the repairmen had spawned and used their heal somehow, died, then the tower came back up. I know the towers can be brought back, but man that was lame.

It was the blue tower. The reason is was lame was because we took the blue tower out first. then took the red tower out. both still down. we started on the yellow tower and the blue tower was revied. mind you that was the first tower we took out and we were working on number 3 when it was revived. Ive seen them revived as soon as the tower was taken down because of a straggling repair man but that tower had been down a while. I even hung around to make sure no repair men showed up when we took it out. I did the same thing for the 2nd (red) one. very very lame indeed -

they didnt act strange from what I saw. Nothing more annoying then any other time So I guess its fixed.
Edit: From what was said they did, healing as soon as they spawned, I didnt see them do that. they flew in and then healed so i would say its fixed -
I got the villian disruptor badge in the thorn mission. I thought thats supposed to be gotten in safeguard missions. I guess they need to change the discription to "Defeat 25 NPC Rouge Island Villians to earn this badge" But that was a lot of fun. Im sorry if we offended you, Werner. We left some standing. Ahh.. my sig has been made fact once again.

A strange set indeed. A ST attack that hits multi targets and a pbaoe attack that hits one target and other targets for smaller amount of dmg. Then there is the tier 9 that's teleport attack. The lower dmg seems to be made up for the pure wth reaction it supplies. And what is a scrapper going to but with a non dmg stun attack other then proc it out or *coughs* set mule it?

Hers are real close to the same placement of thorns. she just has a different pattern on her arms I think. Anyone that takes the thorn pattern and tint them that color will make it hard to tell them apart. -

I don't have fighting pool at all on any of my WP alts. I did put maneuvers on one of them. I can do everything but solo AVs (well, I haven't tried but I'm sure I can't.) More res or more def never hurts. Especially when you have such a fast hp regeneration. So, its not needed but it wouldn't hurt.
