Thank you, developers (miss you BaBs!) for the hard work in getting us power customization. I hope we can see more of it (such as EATS, epics and pools) as time allows. I'll be dumping cash on the Paragon Store soon(tm) and I hope it allows for such further changes to happen!

The servers are up for internal testing. In fact, all servers are currently turned on (2:34 p.m. est) for internal testing. This means only Paragon Studios can play it, but be happy that it's not the 4 p.m. scheduled start time and they're still turned off.
This means the servers work, they're just kicking tires and trying to lite possible fires.
You may start going OMG in exactly... 86 minutes. -

Someone level bumped a 50 and flew off the map... around it... under... it's actually a lot of nothing past what you see. A few New Atlas buildings and a statue floating - then War Walls. -

I'll be moving one incarnate-enabled toon that can be useful for events, task forces and trials (a controller, mastermind or a meatshield I no longer play on my home server). The rest I'll be starting from scratch.

I like pairing sets that can get to the cap in slows or can combine effects to lock down bosses.
Such as:
Archery and Dark Manipulation on a blaster - Stunning Arrow and Dark Pit will stun a mob and the boss in the middle, leaving only the LTs to attack. You then use Soul Drain and trigger Rain of Arrows. I can't remember if it's Dark/ or /Dark that has the heal... -
Originally - 7 a.m. est with a 9 hour downtime. I think I saw a post saying 6 a.m. est with a 10 hour downtime.
Right now 1:11 p.m. est - more or less 3 hours from their scheduled start for I21. -
I just hit the Easy Button and downloaded the 2511 MB patch (and it's been pretty fast!). I have a feeling it went much faster than it would have been a few hours from now.

Will I miss Galaxy City? No.
Will I miss having more room in our (since I'm used to running around it) little world? Yes, especially during holiday events - even how KR/GC had their halloween door's level requirements switched.
Good thing we have First Ward for more space to go to! Here's to sharks and getting blown up like a Toxic Balloon! -
DP/Time is a great Gun-Kata/SR pistols scrapper theme... but Elec/Time Controller here. I'll debated other toons later (Likely something with katana on a brute).

Actually, missing one day of gameplay would be 13.3 Paragon Points (400 divided by 30).
The change to f2p is a big one. I'd be fine if they shut everything down for a full day or two. -
I've seen Boomtown suggested for a revamp (we've had an arc dealing with its reconstruction dating back to the launch of City of Villains).
What about a clockwork-themed zone where they've won and it's clockwork architecture everywhere? Perhaps thrones the size of Babbage, Clock King and Paladin in various corners of the zone tied to a zone event where you fight them and mobs in different groups before facing a bigger threat in the middle of the map (a Praetorian Portal that unleashes the Babbage/Clock King/Paladin counterparts and you fight all 3 at once).

Oh, and SUATMM! is the single-target Hold. It's MAG 9001 but has a 4 percent chance of "doublecross" and 1 percent chance of "Soon(tm)" after .25 years of delay. -

[INSERT AT NAME HERE]-lock: Committing to what your AT goes best on teams even when your team doesn't need you to do it (and may even slow it down in the process). Usually happens with higher level players who break off from the group, completely tank/mez a mob only to realize no one is with them and it'll be a looooong time before they can finish off the group.
Scrapperpult: Building a team only to realize it's all scrappers with the occasional blapper or dark/fire brute. Also known as: "There's no problem that can't be solved by throwing enough scrappers at it."
Ragespam: When a team feels things are not going well and chooses to flood team or league chat with taunts, insults and anger versus changing tactics or agreeing on the best course of action.
Soon(tm): "That's what she said!", aka, overusing a catchphrase and claiming it "never gets old!" when actually it does.
