Eh, I avoid the dwarves and call Rose's phone.
And hope the Doctor gets me home in time for supper. On the day I left. -
ITF isn't an incarnate trial - it's the TF in Cimmoroa.
And it's a themed unlock, not available at level 1 nor is it unlocked globally.
At least this unlock being incarnate makes sense compared to most of the other incarnate costume unlocks. -

Outright deleted? I'd think not - hope not.
Worst case scenario they could probably rip it off a release copy of the game however -

To verify you are hitting the primary target (and getting the defensive bonus) but not seeing bruising take effect?
It shouldnt have a cooldown, it should just not stack. -
I was not posting why I thought they should not, but rather the biggest reason they do not.

Quote:Some people will take it for concept. And my Grav/Psi has it simply for the smashing damage to use on all those psi-resistant robots.Quote:Someone who is good at calculating DPA, does this mean the Propel for Dominators is now basically around the power of Psi Assault's Telekinetic Thrust? Here are the estimated values for each power:
Propel: Recharge: 8, Cast Time: 2.06, Damage: ~103.5
TK Thrust: Recharge: 8, Cast Time: 2.06, Damage: ~95
If so, how well regarded is TK Thrust? It certainly sounds like an uptweak for Controllers, unsure how much Dominators benefit. -

RMT Companies + "Gift" = Fraud issues.

Quote:Wrong. Those raise the percentages of the enhancement as if it were the same enhancement one level higher, without moving the levelrange your character can access the benefits of it as well(like the levelshift from alphas kinda). They do work at 50, which is where lots of people use them. You can boost the same IO 5 times I think, so technically you could make all your enhancements on your main act as if they were level 55.
Each one increases the enhancement's enhancmeent by +5% (i.e. 30+5 would be enhancement % of a 30 x1.25) - so a 30+5 Damage IO actually gives a bonus greater than a level 50 Damage IO - it's on the wiki page. -
I do not think they get the incarnate shifts - that might be the level difference you are seeing.

Fourspeed - This isn't a car. It does not have /mechanical/ reasons for failures. Which are easier to findthan why the maps or UI busted when they were not touched.
It's not financial or safety software. It's a seven year old game, with more years than that on it's code base, with many previous programmers who are no longer with the game who didn't document their work - it's not so much an issue with the current coders as the previous ones. -

Seem to recall it being melee, Weapons 2, and Ranged, but the Weapons 2 does list clearly that they DON"T get a origin bonus.

Since I can't leave the quote without fear of moderation that I think of first when I hear "Coming to America" (I blame being young when I first saw the movie, and envious I guess), I leave you with...
Bark Like A Dog
EDIT - As to Dune, the original was okay (And not just because Patrick Stewart is my favorite actor) but the Sci-Fi mini-series was better. But then, the original was trying to turn the book into a 2-hour or so movie, when it took the series to make the whole book into a movie. -
Freitag did. As the upper edge on "scary" as he would want to go.

- Spaceballs - Not seen? WHAT?
- Clue - Not seen? WHAT?

- Ferris Bueller's Day Off - Not seen? WHAT?

- Romancing the Stone
I'll admit I generally avoid horror types, and I think I've avoided most of the ones on the list.
I'd say, Clue, Men in Tights, and Spaceballs need to be seen this weekend, in that order. Might want to see Blazing Saddles before Men in Tights - slight reference there.
Now I want to go watch them...
Prince John: And why should the people listen to you?
Robin Hood: Because, unlike some other Robin Hoods, I can speak with an English accent. -
Frietog - Hackers is not about a military computer - that'd be WarGames, I'm thinking.
Hackers has a very young Angelina Jolie and Jonny Lee Miller (young enough they don't look like their older selves, especially Joile). It's humor, 1996 or so, has them getting framed for a virus that sinks a tanker. I always enjoy it.
PS - the pool on the roof must have a leak. -
Quote:Bogus. You have to work to avoid finding out about the test (and now beta) servers as well as how to get on them WITHOUT finding out about the corresponding FEEDBACK and BUG REPORT forums. There was no big handy in game survey to fill out. Maybe there is now, I dont know.
That's like the people saying if they never agreeed to the EULA by using the -ProjectCOH flag to avoid clicking "I agree" they can't be held to it in game.
Quote:
THE DEVS DONT FIX STUFF.
Yes, that is right! Case in point, the guy who reported the villain base bug, last patch, in Beta. It still went LIVE! SO how does this hold up by your logic, or lack of it? He found the bug, reported it, they did..oh wait, nothing. Now, granted, maybe it was super hard to fix, totally justifying them taking..3? weeks. But seriously, they couldnt just disable base defences, which serve no purpose anyway? wtf?
Quote:Players and their Base Items have reconciled their differences. As a result, defensive base items will no longer attack friendly players.
The only other easy-to-throw toggle would be to shut off the base server entirely.
Quote:Or what about the old snake farm bug back in mercy? I saw a thread by a guy who found and reported that, months before..yet again..pushed Live.
Quote:If the devs are really using Beta as a way to catch bugs that their testing department misses, big obvious ones like the bases, then I think their testing guys need to wake up and get to actual testing.
Also, in case you havent realised, not everyone has the time to spend hours and hours on Test, playing with the new stuff, which then has to be done AGAIN when it goes Live. I am sure some people enjoy that, just as I bet a lot don't.
Claiming that more bugs would be fixed if more people found and reported them is just silly. Especially in the face of recent evidence. We are not employees of NC, we are not qualified testers, we are PLAYERS, who often have hugely differing ideas on what is even a bug in the first place.
And there are other players that quite simply have twisty minds and find really bizarre ways of breaking things.
Quote:Beta is, and should be, a place where people can look at the current new stuff, fiddle with it a bit, then give some sort of feedback. It should not be somewhere we go, unpaid, unthanked, to TEST a product we pay (sort of) for.
