From what I udnerstand, the zone isn't all owned by crey - it's just something they did that made it un-inhabitable.

Dark Armor also has a stealth toggle.

Go to where the updater is.

Rename it to OldCohupdater.exe or something like that. Then try running that. It works for that error sometimes. If it does, it will create a new CoHUpdater.exe that you can use from then on.

If you have charges for a click or toggle power, the power will show up in the powers menu under Temp powers (but, I think, above Inherent. If not, below inherent powers but above pool powers)

Auto powers are, well, auto.

Ticket benefits are usually used by selecting the "Use discount coupon" option on the screen where you spend money.

IOs with procs (chance for damage, +stealth, +regen/recovery) will work at any level, as long as the power is available (not greyed out).

Any set bonuses they provide will not count if you're lower than 3 levels below the IO level.

Yeah, for the benefit itself, a classic proc and a 120s proc-style IO just need to have the power they are in used.

Global IOs however (the KB protection IOs, etc) provide a special set bonus - as such using those IOs follows all the rules of a set bonus, and THOSE ones are crazy-spendy the lower they are for that reason.

Well, when SOE started to do that, you could transfer to an "exchange server" I think it was called - a server which had that store enabled. But you could not transfer from.

But their markets were not cross server like ours is.

For the most part, you can think of it as another stealth effect. Technically it isn't, but you're only likely to have an issue with that technicality in PvP. Stacking stealth+SS gives you full invisibility. It's better than Invisibility from the power pool because it doesn't make you "Only Affecting Self", but it's nowhere near as good as what Illusion Control gets.

Some of the stealth effects do not stack with each other but, since SS is 'technically' not stealth, it stacks with all of them.

Actually, Mateo, I think the IP bit referred to the RMT types using the "City of" logos on their site without (obviously) the permission of the IP holder, in this case Paragon Studios/NC Soft. Which, as witness by the EULA/TOS part of the fansite kit, having a subscription to the game does not necessitate having the permission to use the logos/IP.
