OP - have you ever contacted support about this? And had them ask for network trace info?

Rant not needed - or do you think the devs don't know we want this? The issue is coding - the most precious thing for any game. And how to store the data? As you can change pool powers it is not the same as storing the data for customized primary/secondary.

Then it sounds like your run was bugged - from what I've observed the intent is that her vacation in the middle shouldn't count. But you just need to kill all the non-swords that spawn fast anyway because as I recall she regens somewhat when off map.

I think so. You can always type the name in brackets in chat to check the Info tab. So for Call to justice type "[Call to Justice]". Also, check Paragonwiki - It should mention there if they are not (won't mention if they are).

I think victory has the bigger Euro population for the U.S. servers which also helps a little.

Depending on the name, you may also win the name back depending on how similar your character is (or rather, isn't) but names like "dark flash"... No hope

And DC did have a Dark Flash character (currently in "Where did I go?" Retcon Limbo)

Try sending an email to the publisher.

1 - Have you ever tried copy/pasting the original message into a new email and reply thus?

2 - You can update your support ticket/reply to their emails via the Support site even if they send you an email.

Three things that might help :

1) Log into the support site and try adding the googlemail.com version as an alternate address (note this may result in getting each response twice!)

2) Log into support and reply there.

3) Check the Gmail help settings, I could swear there is a method to change how the email is sent (address wise) so it would appear as from the @gmail address.
Being case sensitive isn't buggy, it's the usual intended setting for security questions.
They want all, but if you send them what you can they can still help.

Also, not sure if it will help, but try including the last four of your current card if you remember when you changed it.

Oh, and Ruby Red - the red text is cute, but hard to read on the red background, and blue as well as I recall.

To be fair, with the old launcher it wasn't so much as clicking through the EULA as double-clicking the play button.

However, I agree with you although I would like to see them eventual move the EULA to First Login and First Login after Update.

I've had issues with how je_saist presents himself (including here) but 1) he has provided a lot of help to others so please cut him a little slack and 2) 1) shouldn't matter; please try to be polite in these kinds of threads no matter what as emotions do run high in them.

Unless you chose to have it that way, the MASTER ACCOUNT name/password is not your forum name/password. Your Master Account is separate from your CoH Account Name/Password (which is what your forum login is)

If you can't get in, try emailing them and explaining your situation - that the account was set up by a different person for your daughter, then the billing changed hands. If you can tell them when, and supply the last four of the CC number when you did, they might be able to reset the account for you.

While this is the most ill-executed bit of "Good Intentions" I've seen from almost any game (Rift's account naming I think beats it out by a hair) the people at support for this game do generally want to help.

Power customization was a major system. It was not just a few powers/costume bits/etc.

Probably referring to the rewards like the attack powers awarded as pseudobadges and the actual veteran reward badges which spam you on logging a new character the first time.

There are also the badges - they don't progress on the initial run of the week - only on the runs of the WST you do that happen after.
