  1. Don't see why sr is so hard to take down, just avoid him till aim and build up is up then gank their [censored].
  2. I've chosen to take energy absorbtion on my ice tanker. The thing i want to know is how to slot it. I was thinking somewhere in the lines of 3xrecharge 3x endmod to drain the mobs of end and repelish my end, Since slotting with 3x defensebuff will only give me 0,8 defense instead of 0,5 for every mob. Let's say it hits 10 mobs that only a diffrense of 3xdefense whereas draining would be more efficient imop.

    For PvP you don't need the AoE defence toggle, nor lucky its just an extra strain on endurance.

    I'd pick up hurdle over health.

    Drop leadership.

    Take weapon mastery for PvP.

    Slot parry more, it wants 3 defbuff and 1 damage/recharge. I suggest you get the slots out of swift and helth.
    Aid self doesn't need that much IndRdx IMO, I'd swap one or two for end/recharge.

    All in all, pretty solid build, although you might want to pick one more attack.

    Good advice for any other secondary... but for SR, with the way DEF now works in I7 he will reach the effective cap of 45% DEF for PvE with one use of unslotted Parry. More +Def enhancements in it might help whilst levelling, but SR(toggle) + SR(passive) + Combat Jumping + Parry(unslotted) will bring him to 45% DEF.

    That's assuming Parry is still a 15% DEF buff (I think it is), but even if it's dropped a bit you almost certainly don't need three DEF slots in it.

    <edit> I'd also never suggest that an SR scrapper take slots out of Health - they're incredibly valuable. The ones in Swift can afford to go, though.

    My view of a ranged Blaster is hovering/standing near the fight and shooting away, ready to SJ and fly away if the bad guys are coming for ya . I think Elec/Elec will indeed be my choice here.

    Any suggestions about an Elec/Elec PvP build? This question is specially addressed to Plight, as I know that he's an experienced Elec/Elec blaster .

    Oh hay yeah, quicksand is the ONLY thing going for the set, lets just ignore the hold, and the single target immobilze which also does -fly. Oh yeah that targeted AoE hold, which constantly stacks with itself is very gimp. OH WAIT don't get me started on that gimpy knockdown power aswell, lol oh you whats the worst thing? The pet which has insanely high res to damage. Yup earth is gimped.....

    And i agree with botty 100% Player always counts above build.

  13. Meh Psydock is [censored] in one vs one, he is built for teams. Yea was funny to see those ho's not help anything .
  14. power boost, boost all your secondary effect such as defense. heal, hold time, disorient duration, flight speed, run speed, slows and so on.
  15. you don't need two accuracies with focused accuracy, switch one for another damage.
  16. Looks good only thing i can't really feel is ball of lightning and not so many tohitbuffs, makes it hard to hit sr scrappers and eluded scrapper and so on.

    I rate tactics on a scrapper [censored], any stalker worth the time has stealth anyways so it won't help you too much.

    SR hasn't been considered useless in PvP since I5, but only recently has it been considered an equivalent to Regen.

    meh the only scrapper my blaster can kill nowadays is the sr scrapper. Build Up and Aim= dead sr. toggle dropping nerf didnt help sr too much :P.

    i think PvP hates me.

    i have acro, and invis, and leadership btw... only problem is that most people i fight seem to toggle drop or have stuns.. and as soon as i'm stunned i'm dead.


    side note: i dont want to do support role in PvP. if all i'm doing is healing a team, thats all i've been doing for 50lvls in PvE, and it really isn't something which i enjoy anymore.

    that blaster will never be able to get you held again, it must have ben pre issue 7 when he dropped your toggles using melee moves, that isn't possible any more.
  22. i know he has an axe, he would be better with energy melee, but i still feel he's better than some of those invulnur/em tanks. Playoer above build :P.

    This is for pvp, and a friend asked me for help. He is 50 and will mostly do duels. i find the lec nuke very good since it wont drain you if it only hits one target, and it's ranged. I thought the thing that made elec do more damage than energy melee is that melee hold which does a lot of dot damage. Could you help me swop around the slots to fit in more tohitbuffs in aim and build up, and to make this build more usefull in sirens?.
