Spines/regen is by all means surviveable. You've got capped hp regen, reconstruction and when you get into a tight spot you can use mog or instant healing. I'd prefer Spines/Fire for the extra build up and resistance though. But as Tg said you would need a few kb io uniques that may cost a lot.

If I have to rate then this is mine

Defender, Unresisted debuffs, awsome buffs and ranged damage. Can get powerbuild up and telkineses
Blasters, Awsome ranged damaged and melee too.
Controllers, Secondary support, and can get power boost and psi epic.
Corruptors Scourge buffs debuffs.
Dominators, Perma domination can be very scary.
Tanker Taunt is always nice and fiery embrace build up et can hurt.
Brute decent taunt and theyll be fixing fury soon
Stalker EM is just lol and these are nice in zones
Scrappers Spines has range and confront recharges fast
Masterminds can be good in the office map since it will be so hard to target, decent in zone with tp foe.
Peacebringers, fun factor? Gets build up.
Warshade, just dont

BB is usual a shivan farm zone. Sirens call and up is where the zone pvp happens. We used to have pvp night on monday nights (arena) till issue 12 hit. I guess it will be back in a few weeks. Spines/regen is a decent toon, personally if I'd make a scrapper now it would be spine/fire armour cos you get the extra build up in fiery embrace.

I want to roll one can't decide between cold/psi or cold/ice
im more leaned towards psi only thing keeping me back is that people will be running more psi epic now because power boost nerf and because of psi blasters.

fire/kin and fire/sonic corruptors would rock as a farming duo.

tankers pwn scrappers they get energy transfer and a better taunt .

Short circuit does respectable damage but its all dot.
