BB is usual a shivan farm zone. Sirens call and up is where the zone pvp happens. We used to have pvp night on monday nights (arena) till issue 12 hit. I guess it will be back in a few weeks. Spines/regen is a decent toon, personally if I'd make a scrapper now it would be spine/fire armour cos you get the extra build up in fiery embrace.

Resistance is a new PvP SG i am pretty sure they are recruiting.

I am not sure who the leader is cause as far as i know its 2 newly formed PvP SG's merging together.I am not 100% they are open to recruiting either but afaik you got nothing to lose. Could try drop @Petitioned a tell or otherways ask in arena chat on Union.I ll give a shout to Gamete as well next time i am on see if they recruiting

With all this i've been reading around the forum and i noticed... My build (spine/regen) is not as "survivable" as I thought...
I've been playing as plant/storm controller. I want this toon to be more casual PvP than anything, because ive been told it could work.
But Im more use to playing as scrapper, or anything with melee and I like to be quite tough. Dont get me wrong I do enjoy playing as ranged toons, and I just cant play as support =]
I was wandering if anyone could give me any advice on a build that would be really good for PvP or PvE cause I really have no experienced background with PvP/PvE and I would like something that could survive... Doesn't matter if its melee or ranged.
Also one more question. I have a DB/WP scrapper. I would REALLY like to know if I can adapted him for PvP because I find the build REALLY fun, and apparntly WP is good for PvP. So could I stick with him?

Could give a shot at Spines/fire scrapper if you are looking for something scrapperish although spines/regen can work as well.
A tank could also be great something like an ice/energy or maybe Willpower/energy.
Villains side a stalker i think could be ideal to start with due to the ability to sit and oserve and some good survivability.
I was gonna say an SS/fire brute or energy/fire brute and fire/energy fire/SS tank but the recent changes to KB might be a problem that needs a lot of mills to solve still could work out nicely considering especially SS for being versatile for PvE and PvP.

No it wont.Reason is simple.Basic fundamentals of any PvP game are rooting times,casting times and damage types based on in game resistances.
So lets see.DB has some really long cast time animations that root you for long time opening you up for attacks while casting.Also the damage is smashing lethal which is the most resisted damage in PvP thus not allowing you to deliver good enough DPS (damage per second) to score a kill.
Just so you know about damage best types are
Psionic
Ice/Fire
I was gonna put dark there cause its not much resisted but unfortunately the devs gimped dark sets by giving them exclusive Damage over Time damage which is bad for PvP as standalone damage since its easy to heal and manageable.
Thats all 
Spines/regen is by all means surviveable. You've got capped hp regen, reconstruction and when you get into a tight spot you can use mog or instant healing. I'd prefer Spines/Fire for the extra build up and resistance though. But as Tg said you would need a few kb io uniques that may cost a lot.

Right. Im pretty new to the whole PvP thing and I've played the game for so long but never actually PvP'd
So I rolled up a spines/regen (from what I've been told they can keep themselves alive in a fight) and I just hit lvl 15.
Im currently on the Union server and I would really love to know if their is much PvP goings on in BB.
If there is and anyone is on the Union could you please give me some more information on PvPing (like what nights etc.)
