I have had this happen a few times in the same team but for some reason the leader would not kick them even tho the said they didnt care about the badges, that annoyed me so much I quit the team as it was a waste of my time as I needed the badge
  3. The wife had problems yesterday as well, not being much of a computer tech I spoke to my son,who got me to go to the administer bit and click yes after that no problem loaded a dream don,t know if this will help you .
  4. Mistress Dawn runs trials mon/wed/fri/sat/on the defiant server at 8pm bst,I,m not sure what the time difference is for you. They are well attended hope that helps.

I'm going to start, I've always wanted the name BlackLight. If you have it and read this, please let me know if you would be willing to give it up! My global is @Daemonas.

    Thanks!
Wish you luck with this but I doubt that the person who has it will give it up,with the change in the dark power set it is now really a cool nameYou could always adjust it to BlackLights or Black Light.I find 2 word names are more readily available than single word names.
  6. If you do the Doc Delilah arc in Faultline you get the badge for that.
  7. Tuesday is normally the day they add bits to the market.
  8. Well for me it,s over an incident when I first started playing almost 6 years ago now,I went into Bloody Bay to get the badges and do some missions.First mission you get is the phone boxes, got the first 3 on the forth bang a pvp,er got me so ok that was acceptable but then the same person proceeded to do it another 4 times ,I sent him a message that you have got the point or what ever for the kill why keep doing it the answer I got was because I can.I left the area and now will very rarely go into pvp zones.I sometimes go in with friends but we take toons of equal strength a fight it out to see who,s tactics are best.

Not if you draw a circle and stand in it after it has been drawn it just means you take up more space. If character size did make a difference you would seen nothing but 7ft tall huge characters, now this might be funny seeing them try and get an 8 man team into the cave maps and run around but it would not be fun for those playing.
  10. Time this thread was deleted, the argument is going round in circles insults are starting to fly.Simple answer to the OP is NO ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN,so suck it up and play the game .

I suppose this comes down to whether the radius is measured from the centre - in which case it makes sense that a very small character would take up less space and therefore be at an advantage or if it is measured from the edge of the character model (which I doubt) in which case you'd want to be as big as possible.

Or does all this make no difference whatsoever - are all character models treated as being the same size when it comes to collision detection with the mobs?

I imagine this'll make little difference in the end but the idea that we should really be City of Tiny Heroes in order to push the bleeding edge of performance amuses me
If you were to draw a circle with an 8 ft radius it would not make any difference whether you were 7 ft tall or 4 ft tall so no it does not effect the attack at all.
  12. Have you done the personal story at the end of the arc,I was having that problem and did the personal stort mission and that seemed to trigger him into saying it was done

    Wentworth prices

Ah well seems this would not be a good idea, seems there are pro,s and con,s to the market having high prices. As I am a VIP I do have access to everything in game as far as AE goes I very rarely go in there as I find a lot of stuff on there to be rubbish and do not have the patience to look for the good stuff.

    Wentworth prices

Looking at the market today I see that prices are going wild again, now while this does not effect me that much as I have adequate influence to fund my builds,I do feel sorry for the new player who has to try and build funds.
Now I know that what I am going to say next will not be popular with the marketeers out there but here goes.
Would it be possible to put a cap on what is charged for things on the market, now I know that it is supposed to be an auction house and the highest bidder gets paid, but I think that common salvage should at least be capped.
I would suggest that the caps be as follows common at 50,000 uncommon 100,000 and rare no limit.Do you think this would be reasonable if it could be implemented.

  17. Apart from the market stuff it appears they have sorted quite a few of the bugs we had
  18. I,m sure that we have all had this at some time or other, your playing solo you speak to your contact and get the mission then the problems start.
You enter the mission and read the text only to find out you have 2/3 glowies to click simultaneously now we have a problem you cannot be in 3 places at the same time,so you call out to see if there is anyone who would like to help this could take awhile depending which server you are on and what time you are playing.
What I would like to see in the mission text you are given by the contact is a warning that there are multiple things to be clicked at the same time, how do the rest of you feel about this
  19. Hi,

I previously posted this problem here http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=286636 and after following the other suggestions I made some changes tried Driver sweeper in the effort to sort the driver date which did nothing unfortunately. To repeat the problem everything is fine until entering the base the game was previously freezing when clicking the Edit Base Button but since updating to Catalyst 12-1 it has changed to freezing after clicking the Place Item Button. So here I am hoping that maybe someone here can identify the issue.

Combining severs with other noncompetive servers I'm sure will provide a more stuctured and fluent gaming experience to all players, giving them more communication, knowledge, competiveness, challenges and most of all less work flow for the Dev's or any Tech.

This is just an idea so please focus your comments on promoting this idea as oppose to not supporting combining servers.
This has been brought up before and proved to be a very unpopular idea,if you are unhappy about the population on your home server just transfer to a better populated one.Why anyone would want to reduce the number of server,s I have no idea, you must remember that some people like to play on a lighter populated server ,they may have computers that cannot play well on the more heavily populated ones, also they may have a group of friends that they play with regularly. Why should these people lose out because someone thinks the lighter populated server, should be merged to make them busier.Leave things as they are the majority of players are happy with they way things are.And no I do not support this idea and to ask only for posts that support your idea is very silly as it will only encourage people who do not support it to post this includes me .
