Well as far as focus goes, I'm basically trying to strike a balance between Offense and defense so I can slip into either a light tank or damage role easily and flip back and forth. Brutes always come across as the nice middle ground between Hitting things and taking hits so I wanted to bring that out.
The non-offense/defense abilities I figured better facilitated that. Recharge means you attack more, and pop the clicks like energy drain and energize and endurance keeps defenses up as you're continuously attacking, at least that was my line of thought.

Thanks for the suggestion, Vanden. To use this technique for an aura, or any persistent effect, would require a consistent screen of nonadditive particles. For aesthetic reasons, I didn’t want to have a lot of thick smoke spawn indefinitely around the character, so I made the tradeoff of having slightly transparent lava sprites.

I just want to know if the Gameplay is the same as/similiar enough to the Budokai Tenkaichi gameplay. That was, IMO the most perfect representation of DBZ in a game I've ever experienced and if I get stuck with what amounts to a standard fighting game with occasional flight, I'm not too thrilled about this game.

The more I look at them, the more I realize that the reason I like these new updates is because they're close to Blast Chamber's Photoshops. Then I look at BC's shops and I kinda don't like the new official CoT for how they don't look like them, then I forget about BC's shops and like the new CoT, then..................

I've been thinking about getting on Union and seeing what's up there and this'd be a good way to start. I'd have to be a "Guest Star" type of player considering my times are all over the place but count me in, I'll consider some ideas and get back to you.

I would imagine, considering the fact that the biggest changes to the game that Might effect F2Ps are all back-end (Account status, market and such) there's not much to test, really. All the new actual gameplay elements are available for both types of player, and the market and such are things the VIPs will probably be interacting with in the beta as well.

I will state, again, as I think I have stated already, that while I think these are step above the look that was seen at comic-con, I still feel they don't fit the way I've come to see the COT over the years and are just a touch too liefeld an McFarlane.
That said, this little rough doodle only exists thanks to a few comments made by some posters that would not keep my mind quiet, as such, I had to do this.
That said, if this is the COT we get, then I suppose I can live with it. Beyond that, very nice of the devs to listen to the fanbase, hope things get resolved in a way that makes everyone happy.
