I just got an email from EB Games regarding my CoV preorder, and it says that the release date has been changed....

to 10/27/05.

Take that for what it's worth. I seriously doubt that they would move the date up instead of back.

Regarding the other issues you've raised in this thread regarding the genders of the helmets and associated issues... although there will be a period of exclusivity for these items, we do plan to make them available to our community eventually. So if you can't get your hands on a particular costume piece right now, we will announce at a later date how you can acquire all the helmets.

I emailed EB games about this, who then said to call the store, who didn't have a clue about any bonus items, but the second store I called thinks that they will get the bonus disk next week for pick up for instore or "web-pick up from store" orders. He then said to call back next week to check.

I was in my Superman tribute/Halloween costume during ToT, and whenever anyone in my group announced that they got a rock, I would scream 'KRYPTONITE! ARRRGH!'

Was funny the first couple of times.....

With my luck it'll occur:

- Friday when I'm at the ball game, or:
- Saturday during Warhammer 40K Warlord's Weekend events, or:
- Sunday when I'm busy with family/friends/football
