That's my experience. With my DS/dark MM running all pets and powers running, I just go to St Mart - the BM with no one around. Just who is being bothered by powers here? The Tsoo mobs off to the side?

I would be happy for players to have a quiet room off to the side for the market, or even a market interface/NPC for bases and shop 'til they drop. But like Sam, and run in to check/sell something. Some toons can have a number of toggles running, esp. those that root. It makes one player's problem now into another player's problem. It is not a simple problem to solve.

I'm not exactly married to the "recipe" idea, but it did seem like a viable vehicle to make a new feature like this work and be as flexible as possible.
That sounds good. I was thinking maybe some controls too. I know we got like 15 sec between emails. Not sure if this could be make to 1 min or something to impact spamming. Or even tie in Prestige (inf sink) like 100 or 1000 per email. Something not too large to burden small SGs (and should be relatively easy to earn back since you have a limit to the number of toons on 1 server) but again, to limit possible spammers.

The Devs could regulate it so that a character can only make/send one(?) of these a day. Once you've made it you can send it attached to a global email just like any other recipe. If the recipient "claims" it then they'd instantly become a member of the SG.
I like this idea, but I wouldn't even make it a recipe. Just a button in the email (like "claim") and click it.

Or make it from the SG window. A box for a global name and click "New Invite Email".
  4. FWIW, my brute came over from Praet to Talos after dinging 20 a couple of nights ago. Just shy of 23 now just sweeping for tips and completing the morality mission for Hero. It took under an hour each night to get the tips and complete the 5 Fame Points (+1 moral mission) at +1/+2 diff. Only thing I can see is the RNG being very random for some people.

Good luck on getting those tips, they will come!

No stupid arguments when some loser gets offended because he was politely asked to turn off his toggles or stop buffing someone.

That being said I don't expect them to carry it over to the other factions because Wentworths and the Black Market were designed to be in the actual open city zones. You don't have to enter a door to get to them.
Hehe, I found the AH in Praet horrific. If I got anything good there, I would just email to an alt blue/red and have them sell it next time I log on. Otherwise, the rest was vendor trash.

What is annonying is the /endrant. Post what you want, but you don't even consider previous discussions and address those points by adding something new to the discussion - like you think of people being mindful is actually pushing off your problems to another person or that pets don't despawn or that there players that use powers like O portal or workbenches or costumes/auras.

I pointed out that this topic has been discussed very strongly and emotionally for both camps.

Your annoyance becomes someone else's annoyance. This has been discussed over and over and you are saying nothing new here.

    Edit -

Here is one relatively recent thread. It is not a simple issue.

And please use the Search. This has been brought up before and discussed (pretty strongly and emotionally) on both sides. Also, MM pets don't go away in Power Suppression like in the AE studio.

I should get around to cataloging what all I have stored in my 2 bases. I just don't have the time for it.
See my early quotes of MG.
  14. Sounds interesting having done all AT TFs before. Tanks, you say. Not sure if/when I could make these, but will keep an eye out for posts.

What I heard in Beta was that there are 3 Reich mobs: Invinc Reich, DrKTF Reich, and BSF Reich. Ignoring Invinc Reich, the temps from DrKTF and BSF don't work in the opposing side. You can use them, but they won't do anything (not clear if BSF temps were even tested due to time limits).

Now if some patch changed this, I haven't seen it.
  16. As with the other posters, /unsigned to the OP (which has a a lot of generalizations that are not fully true, but that is another thread).

Badges are not required to play this game. Shivans are not required. Nukes are not required.

But if you want the rewards, you have to take the risks.

You can close your chat windows to avoid the chatter, you can get help from friends or other players on the server, you can go at odd hours....or you can *gasp!* actually learn some PvP tactics so for future runs you can get what you want - learn to avoid other players, get away when attacks occur, even maybe learn to win.
  17. Like Forbin, have the same 2 minds! lol!

Anyhow, I wonder if something like a side window could be added that you drag and drop items to sell. At the bottom is a big "Sell" button. That way if you do drag the wrong item, you can drag it back to your inventory. Not sure if this will be more complicated than what we have now.

I couldn't tell you what is on my main toon (my scrapper) that I have been playing for 6 years. I know she has some purples and uniques, but that is about it.

I should note that I have given up on IOing my toons except for my scrapper and widow. All other toons get stuff that looks "nice".

I think you bring up a good point. I may add, what is a percent here? Because some maps/missions are short and going from 100% to 90% could mean just a few of mobs.

I would wonder how ambushes would count in or other summoned mobs. Would they be part of the total?

Maybe they could consider the "kill zone" like around markets. Basically, if a mobs falls into the space around walls/floors/etc., it just dies automatically.

I said I agreed with another poster and gave some more thoughts on the subject. But apparently some made a mountain out of a mole hill.
