(I just did the Origin of Power arc and i got no explanation to Tech Power.My toon's tech ,and when I got a Science toon,I talked with Synapse,but tech?NOOOO!)

Hey guys,I'm needing some help with an Elec Dom/Energy Assault build.Since most of my Energy attacks have Knockback,should I slot on them the Forced Feedback+Rech IO and LoTG on defense toogles?

What is a good build as well?

*Activity: Actually,I've created the SG like 5 minutes ago,but I pretend it to be a very active SG for RPers.

Requirements for Membership: Log at least once a week and say hello.Also,we have a "uniform",that is actually a theme+color pattern.We require that members save at least one slot for the PPD uniform. It has to be "police-like", that can vary from battle-armors to common police officer, but everything must be gold and blue.We can give help and tips individually for each "uniform"!
