PBU + SC does indeed allow you to drain in "one hit" (as in one power after aggro). OTOH, look at the recharge of PBU before you choose.

in all honesty, if you want to sapp make an elec/em blaster. elec is craptastic damage even with full FS. otherwise, if your just hellbent on having a kin, pic a decent secondary. /sonic and /ice cause theyre always nice. psi would even be fairly decent or even dark wouldnt be a bad choice.

can someone explain how to add FoN to the epic pool in mids. ive tried several times using kranik's guide on how to add rad blast but it isnt working. thanks, PC.

currently ive been PveePing with a psi/dev...but...no. ive been toying around with the idea of making a sonic/em but im curious about how a rad/em would fair. any advice?

you know i brought up a psi/dev during double xp which hasnt been doing bad at all in zone PvP. have yet to try him in the arena as hes only 40 but still managing to be pretty effective. just throwing /dev out there as a possibility.

Yep, Thats the impression I have gotten after 4+ years.
Personally, global changes like more DMG, more HPs or a better Inherent would be nice ( I certainly would not complain), however I dont think they are going to solve the real Defender balance issues.

care to be alittle more specific on which CERTAIN powers would be changed? because at the moment im having a bit of trouble trying to think of any that, if changed, wouldnt break the game and still help low levels. -

I have mine up on screen, along with positional defenses and recovery. I never have end problems, solo or on a team, which is why I am complaining. gimme an inherent that does something plz

I've taken a Dark/Rad Defender to 50 and slotted Achilles procs in Neutrino Bolt, Irradiate and Neutron Bomb and it didn't feel game-changingly big.

yea, there are also alot of people who have no idea what they are doing and frequent server crashes and lock ups during player events. if you can stand to do RP, go to virtue otherwise i would suggest a server that still has a somewhat large population but not as one as noob filled and large as freedumb. justice and champion come to mind. I would suggest triumph (which is where i play) but you have to lose your pants :/ triumph also has the best PvP (had the top PvP SG for a while) -
