Yeah it's good for sapper concept. If you get some of your teammates to back up the damage, yeah, it can be pretty nasty in zones.

Unless you have power mastery it's gonna be hard to sap, unless you can get them with tesla cages + Short circuit. the -recov on tesla is very nice if you can keep it perma'd on them, but yea...you're better off with elec/therm for sapping.
I agree. It takes me a long time to get enough end drain on someone to drop their toggles or otherwise allow my pitiful damage to come into play. In the new PVP it can be hard to live long enough to apply all of the necessary end drain, especially if you are outnumbered. I still use my Kin/Elec a lot, but it is not based on effectiveness. I am just too cheap to purple out another toon given the sorry state of zone PVP. :/
There's a way to become really nasty. Teamming with other Kin/Elec's and pick on a same target. xP
I play on Victory. I may have a coronary if I find anyone in zone who is not a VEAT or scrapper, let alone another defender 
is it any good? I figured it could sapp everything to hell to make up for its lack of damage or should i just go make a psi/em blaster?
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
