As my main is a Grav/Rad and I also use a Grav/Time quite a bit (both incarnated up) I have nothing but love for these changes - these are more than I ever expected (I play them for concept -now they might play better aswell) - thx Devs

My Grav/time is lev 46 - I've gone through the same as yourself - here's a couple of thoughts
It gets much easier after you get singy at 32 as it will tank for you.
Teleport foe is prety much redundant - wormhole is superior in everyway (get recall friend instead as you'll want to team as much as possible.
You don't have propel - get propel. you'll hear how bad the animation time is - which is true , and on teams its use is reduced as mobs die while your using it. But is a lot of fun if you like RP and when soloing it has great single target damage for bosses.
I'd go for hero side ancillary powers - my choices are either psionic (shield , mez protection and an aoe) or primal (shield , power boost which adds to defense from farsight and to other powers aspects and a cone attack - has KB but nevermind)

If the sets aren't up to your taste - don't buy them - the best feedback is the amount of money spent - I use to buy every pack that came out - but I've now stopped - I didn't get CoT set (I was disappointed no boss hat/helm) - I brought just the one piece - the skirt.
I didn't get the barbarian set either - again just the one piece (the belt)
If sets don't sell - the dev team will have to look into why - and which sets did better and what was special about them

Anyone know if these are going to be tintable ?
(I really like the villain helmets you get as a paragon reward but wish I could change the colours )

Hope someone has an insight - on one character only - the enhancement screen has lost its mouse over popup information. If I mouseover the title bar of a power it no longer show modifications thats its under - ie accuracy 1.32 , damage +97% etc etc. Also - no mouse over the enhancement - I have a level 26 and a level 30 Basalisk Gaze - I use to mouse over to find out one was a Accuracy/Hold and one was recharge/hold. Now when I mouse over - nothing.
So I can't tell which is which
This only affects one character and I've tried login / logout

Any ideas ?

I don't get it - having reread original post 10 times.
I have a rolling renewel every 3 months - the last renewel was the 10th August - and my account says I'm a VIP until 10th November - so far so good. I got my 400 points sometime in the last 48 hours so thats ok too.
However - I'd expect to get a token in the last 48 hours as well - but haven't. I read the bit about the dates not matching but don't get it - i played for 2 years with a date of the 3rd - took a break for 3 months and a week - hence the date of the 10th - surely the 10th should be the date of the token (or the 9th as the last date of the billing cycle)
incidently - i spent all my tokens (bar 1) as soon as freedom went live - I'm expecting that unspent token to go from 1 to 2

This appears to have been fixed as I now get my knockback protection (4) in Combat Attributes screen - thank you for the fix - appreciated

please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong ....
I find I use crushing field (immob)quite a bit - it cycles up quicky to use on multiple mobs... However - as it has a -fly component (which is different from other sets which have their -fly in their hold). This makes "Lift" ineffective as it doesn't actually lift immobilized foes - no damage done.
I find lift totally incompatible with gravity immobs and never use it
Did I miss something ?
PS - don't make it too good as I'd hate to see too many Grav controllers - I like not ever being FOM

I was 20 (and trained to it) - just bad luck - just after posting I defeated the 2 end villains of the new signature arc and both gave me a tip each.

I'm mostly loving all the i21 ness
But this downtime in the EU is getting old - the reason I'm not playing on Exalted is that the rollout was late - I think it went live about 01:30 in the morning London time eventually. I stayed up till 12:00 waiting. Of course all the names I wanted went by the time I did log on the next morning.
I do like most of i21 though and I do appreciate the work put in

I brough Karma KB protection from the market. (125 PP I think)
slotted it into maneuvers. When i check combat attributes it says i have 0 KB protection (I should be getting 4 from the karma)

If I get up my receipes mini window and scroll over them... the text for set bonuses shows 2 lots of the percentage character

7.5%%

I'm not sure if anyone else has posted this - but please let us colour tint Kheldian powers - it might encourage a few others to play the ATs if they were a bit more customizable

quick question - will free players be able to join in a level pacts with VIP / premier players ?

My biggest concern would be annoying tells
However , reading the account comparison information - Free to Play players will only have access to team and local chats so thats ok
Everything else looks ok (I might make a char on the VIP server but I still intend to spend my time on Union)
