You will stun with any attack that stuns. All stuns are 2 secs base. There is no more stun protection, only resistance in order to reduce the duriation.
Damage is king, don't bother with mezing on a stalker anymore. -

1) Just because you point out a bug, even directly to a Dev, doesn't mean the fix is obvious, nor easy. 3: Please try to contribute to threads instead of basically telling us to leave? Boards are public, and unfortunetly, our concerns about bugs are as legitimate as others are.
4: This MAY be in a wrong forum, however it does allow for someone to denounce the problem simply due to the reason.
5: We have sent it to the "appropriate" people. Many people have sent it. Many people have sent it multiple times. We tend to avoid other forums becuase people tend to make posts resembling yours, saying we are incapable of PMing, waiting or understanding.

Honestly, the only thing that would worry me about sharks on a regin, is if you get spiked during animation.
Other then that, if you die on a regin stalk, I might lol @ you.
Brought my unIOd spines/regin into RV today (Unioed litterally, no stealth IO), he has SM, I died all of 4 times in about 4-5 hours. I didn't get many kills, mostly cuz AS unslotted is kinda lulzy, but, was ungodly survivable. -
Ive been at this since before I xfered to freedom. This however likely skewed the results some, due to the repeatitive killing of the same people. However, being one of the lowest populated servers, the amount of kills gained there was in the neighborhood of 500, rest obtained from freedom.
An Analysis of a small server would cause an even LARGER and BIGGER gap between drops due to killing the same people, then factorin in the fact that they are lucky to have an hour with more then 5 people in RV -
I kept track of kills with 3 methods, A seperate tabs with all my rewards, Hero stats and by keeping track of presteige increases.
The number of kills is based on my prestiege gained IN ZONE, divided by the drop of a solo pvp'r, which would give the Minimum amount of kills, seeing as how it was nigh impossible to keep track of teams and drops on teams and then delegate how the chances were and what did what.
I would have kept it up, but it bores me at this point. As well as slightly depressing me.
TBH;
PvP IOs should have next to no value on the market and drop from the sky. They should be available for cheap, and that would allow nice sets outside pvp and (Almost) superior to purple sets in pvp to be obtained. Thereby taking away the "Loot" excuse most people have for not pvping, since PvP IOs would be so plentiful. It would not unbalance PvE, and would bring some semblance into pvp that I would hope lead to a slackening in the DR rules as "Loot" will be more common. -
My take on farming, depending what you are doing, how and how good you are, it can exceed your marketeering capabilities.
Farming is more additive of an inf income. My farm toons average 25-40 mil in PURE INF an hour, considering its tweaked to MAX effiency. Averaging in the drops, an hour will make me, maybe, 200-400 mil. This is if I have the attention span to devote ONLY to farming and pursue it with a single-minded purpose.
Marketeering is a multiplicative inf income. My marketeering is much more profitable, however, I can not exceed the profit made by farming with marketeering with only 1 toon, however the case may be with me, I have to the tune of 12 or so 50s in which to use the market slots.
Overall, I think it is best if you do the C. Option.
All of the above.
Using both, in a serious drive for cash, a bil in less then a RL week is not uncommon. Thats me only playing Sat, sun and wensdays.

If you have the money, which really isn't alot IIRC, try buying up some Gift of the Ancients.
The set is amazing for endurance, giving 2% at 2 pieces and +1.8 Max End at 4. A few sets of those and your end problems will disappear.
5 4 sets of GotA is sufficent to send a 2.63 End a Sec recovery to 3.05
Best part is, they cap AT 40, so finding them for your level shouldn't prove hard.
Other suggestions;
The base has a wonderful machine, the Empowerment Station, the buffs may be a bother to get the right salvage for, but are REALLY nice. They include recovery buffs, recharge speed increase's etc
Learn to manage your toggles; toggle off SS/SJ when fighting
Use rest, slot a rchrg in it.
Use Insps, and restock often
Look into the Marshall and Born in Battle Accolades -
Just dropping in;
IW is completely bugged, KB not being the only issue, if looked at, it would see a slight nerf, but the bug is there, has been there and though it isn't game breaking, the next one is.
The sleep proc in a Psy/'s attack chain; PvP-wise; is not minor, it is largely broken, and makes it the T1 blaster duelist bar none if used correctly. Simply look at the zones, the predominance of the set is overwhelming simply becuase of the bug.
IF a set is made overwhelmingly, becuase of a certain slotting, in a certain power, used in a certain way. It is broken, not slightly mind you, but pretty largely.

I've been doing my own analysis type stuff on pvp IO drops. Lulzy, ain't it?
But more seriously, I have been recording every kill in zones that I have gotten in zones. This experiment more-so is aimed toward a casual PvP'er, so saying zones.
Here's the depressing part.
3269 Kills, awarding mixed with non-awarding, the style of zones.
47 PvP IOs.
Now, I have tried or such, as lulzy as it was, to get an average of the pvp kills per hour by players I deemed average in Recluse's Victory. The pool consisted of about 20 players, I was careful not to choose any that are people I know, and are simply people I see in RV.
I got an average of 18.76. We will round to 19 for ease of math.
Now, 47:3269 is PvP IOs to Kills, dividing gives us estimatly 70 kills per PvP IO
Using the above average hourly kill rate of 19 gives us something along the lines of 250 minutes of active pvp per IO.
Now comes the real world application of the numbers, RV is subject to fits of increased/decreased population, which alters the numbers drastically as well as the RNG-drop machine being a rabid yeti gnawing on Castle's ankles. So the numbers are of course faulty by nature, but I have tried to get a sense of it

Hiberfaze, Only time it really is useful is in RV, or better known as, zone. Temp faze anyone?
Sharks are nice, like, nearly broken nice. But if GR comes out and stalkers are on both sides, trowing sharks is going to come to a stop, in most likelihoods. 3 second animation(more then shout, and thats a AS ME PLZ sign) on an AT as squishy as stalkers is going to be tantilizing bait for opposing stalkers. All things considering, 2 shotting hp-capped stalkers is going to be easier then 2 shotting hp-capped blasters, which is possible if enough procs check.

Since someone lolrezd this thread, I would like to point something out;
If at all possible, replace the ToD proc with mako, I beleive from what I have heard, that it is a 15% chance where as mako is 20%.

Perhaps the true meaning to life can be found in this very game.
It isn't really that we find enjoyment in BEING mean, its just when people take this game so srsly, it becomes overwhelmingly entertaining.
Besides, dark, I am actually competing for e-worst, I have a chance since there are no professionals allowed, so Rei isn't competing. -
