Yes, for a few seconds after each attack your friend would have SS suppressed. I've tried it on my elec blaster and find it very annoying.
It's kind of like being speed boosted without warning, you run really fast, shoot and then go really slow until the suppression ends, then you go really fast again. I guess if you get used to it you could anticipate and be ready for it. You can also get around it by jumping in combat instead of running. -
Interesting, I have the pointer error too. I just assumed it was a bug and got used to it. Never even tried to fix it or thought to report it for some reason. I do use an older ATI video card though. One more reason to upgrade I guess.

Sure the raw numbers may seem to suggest that the DPS is lowered, but come on, laser beams shoot out of your eyes. That's got to at least double those numbers.

No noob calling intended, I just figured I'd mention it just in case because you never know. Also for the benefit of anyone else who might read it.
Regarding brawl, I think an endurance reduction would be best. It still builds fury if you miss, and the damage is low ayway. If it's on auto it will be used a lot and worst case would use 1 end/second. Endurance reduction would lower that cost. -
As the others have said, slot accuracy and endurance first, don't bother with damage until later. Get at least 4 slots in your attacks before you add any to the secondary.
Turning off toggles you don't need will help, but the main thing is TURN OFF SPRINT. End will still be a problem, but it helps.
Regarding the squishyness, shield is not very tough in the beginning. I have only done a shield scrapper, not a brute, but it was quite squishy until I got parry to help with the defense. You don't have that so you'll have to rely on the mace stuns and knock up to help mitigate the damage. -
A quick way to do this is to hit \ to open the menu and j to open your personal info. So two key presses and it's open.

As the others mentioned bots would be much better for your proposed play style than necro. In addition to dark you could take a look at storm. It would also fit your techno witch theme and is quite powerful. However, it takes more skill to play well, especially on a team. When solo your bots don't get annoyed by knock back, but team mates will if you use it indiscriminately.

ST means Single Target, so single target blasts that hit one target as opposed to AOE or Area of Effect that hits multiple targets.

I still don't see anything noteworthy about Cimerora.

Not to mention the Oracle's outfits in the ITF. -
You can't combine commands like that, and you have too many $$. To do this you'll need to use one command like petcompow or petcomname, and then use a letter or set of letters that both the Genin and Jounin have but the Oni doesn't.
Petcompow would be for the power name, and petcomname for using the pet names you assign them. If you want you can name your pets in a way that allows you to command different combinations using part of their name, but usually the power name is sufficient.
The Genin and Jounin power names both have "Call" while Oni doesn't so try the following:
/macro Macro "petcompow C goto aggressive"
You could also try A, L or maybe Call.

I found this video of the LRM on youtube. It's not the one I was looking for but you can see how it works.
I have munitions on my AR/Dev blaster. I skipped sleep grenade and have never used it. It seemed a waste with all the AOEs I have so I didn't take it.
The freeze ray is nice, I use it frequently. I don't have beanbag, so CFR is very useful for taking problem enemies out of the fight, and for holding enemies for ignite. I also use it to help stack holds when on a team.
Body armour is very little resist, but it's auto so it doesn't cost any endurance, and it's a good place for the special IOs. Mine has the Steadfast defense IO, and the two status resistance IOs. I decided not to slot for resist since fully slotted it only adds I think maybe 5%. The difference between just the steadfast and ED capped resist is only about 3%.
LRM is fun and it does good damage, but I don't use it much. Mostly because I have so many other attacks that I just forget about it. I would say try it yourself and see if you like it. Then decide if it's worth keeping. -
You can choose any patron set once the missions are done, you don't get locked into one patron anymore.

I was one of the stalkers on the Ice Mistral SF, and it wasn't quite a team wipe at the end. Being a cheating cowardly stalker I hit exit with a few hit points left and survived. As I mentioned afterward, I'm a stalker, I hit and run, and if I get hit I run even faster. Of course, then you were all talking about a free ride to the hospital so I self destructed anyway to do the same thing.
Anyway, it was good teaming with you again. -
Ragnar, in case you still haven't found Aisynia's Huntsman guide, it's here. It's so far the only pure Huntsman guide in the stickied guides thread.

I don't have an SoA yet, I don't even have access to them so I can't offer any advice on the powers. But my plan when I do get a 50 villain is to make one character a Hunstman with one build and a Bane with the other, and make a separate Crab. Mostly because of the backpack bug.
Then I'm also going to make another character and do a dual build Fortunata and Widow. Of course eventually if I stick around long enough I'll likely make multiples of all of them, but for now that's the plan.
I'm very much looking forward to getting access to these. I have access to Khelds now, but they just don't interest me for some reason.
