Heh. Beforedifficulty changers were marked on the map, I had to have teammates show me where they were. Once, I cranked the difficulty all the way up to Invincible, only to realize that I wasn't quite ready. But since the rater was not marked and I didn't know where to look......

....luckily there was a hero flying overhead at that moment who knew where it was.

I didn't arrive until shortly after Issue 6, but what I do remember......

-Impale had a much longer range

-Heroes and villains could view each others powersets

-After Issue 7 went live, GMs and AVs became near invincible, and rad defenders/controllers became near impossible to find

I just play every arc I see.

Not at all. I'm halfway there myself, and that's only after 2 hours of play.

Methinks that Arguss didn't know.

I understand that several bugs still need to be addressed as well.....but MAN I have found myself extremely bored outside of this game. I played with test, but decided to not get serious until it hit live in order to unlock everything. (Plus I don't plan on creating any arcs, just playing)

Oh well, if it takes another 3 weeks to get it done, then it takes another 3 weeks.

Then I wonder....do those people avoid PvP in other games as well? We had our share, but compared to the horror stories I've heard about XBox Live, we had a pretty mild case.

At least you can ignore people in zones, assuming anyone is still there. I haven't gone into a PvP zone in over a year.

Even the best boxer in the world loses to a gun. (Range is king in PvP)

But if you really want to bring a scrapper, SR is the one to bring. It used to get laughed at a lot in the old pvp.....nowadays, not as much.

I don't really know how that new pvp is, you'd have to see for yourself I suppose.

I was looking for a NVIDIA sli motherboard (will upgrade to use dual 9600GT's in March) when I thought of this chart.

I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I want to say that the first column would be for high end cards, the second for mid-range, and the third that most of us stay away from when it comes to gaming.
