Very true, the point I was trying to make in my post earlier.

Ice/ does have the highest ST damaage. But the damage is cold/lethal. Fire/ does all fire damage, but slightly less than Ice/, but Fire/ is less well resisted. So I think it may well be true that Fire/ would be better spike damage, due to half the Ice/ attack being highly resisted, but Ice/ actually does more on a target with no resistance.

Psi/ is another story...

Well if you want to be really uber go for psi. Sonic is nice, but IMHO batter for taking down bigger targets beacuse it has the -res. PvP is about spike damage and IMO psi would be better for that it also has a better range than sonic, and range is very important in PvP. Also sonic is more havily resisted than psi.

Scrapper 46 -> 50
Blaster 34 -> 45
Tank 7 -> 43

And about 500mil inf

Not too bad. Now if we had another one next week I might actually be able to finish one of my imagined uber builds.

Problem is, though there are considerate farmers out there, and I HAVE had a couple of polite tells asking me lately; the jerks FAR outnumber you, and they're the ones who have caused such animosity to build towards farmers. It's not nice when jerks ruin your corner of the community. We've had our share of that in RP too...

As I said I dont want it as fast, just a little faster, just so it CAN be used in a fight thats constantly moving.

If you want to PvP on a blaster you ready need /EM. Boost range is what makes blasters super uber. PowerBoost is also nice, but imo im not its as important as boost range on psi/ as theres not much to boost. /EM also has Total Focus which does silly damage but is rubbish for PvP as its too slow, it also has Bone Smasher which does very nice damage and isnt to bad animation time wise.

Although other seconadries are capable in PvP /EM is easily the best and the set of choice for serious PvPers.

Personally I would love to see a flight speed increase for PvP perposes. I think it s a bit [censored] that it cant keep up with SS and SJ so it means that a couple of my PvE speced toons just really cant do a thing in PvP because they cant keep up. For balance sake, I really think it should have a speed increase. Im not suggesting all the travels powers should have equal speed but I think the gap should be smaller so that people with fly arent completly left behind.

This TF nerf makes no sense. Especially for blasters. Why the hell would they change the mag of it? For PvP, I mean who even has mag 3 stun prtection? Noone as far as I know. So basically they want to stop you stunning bosses with TF. Whats the point? It worked perfectly for 11 issues. Now, i really dont feel comfortable takin on mezzing bosses with my favourite blaster. Dont get me wrong Im sure Id have no problems taking them down, But I used to pop PB BU AIM, fly in fast, TF BS, then move back to blast from range. Now I wont be getting close to anything. If there gonna break TF like this I really think they should raise the mag of the power stun from 3 to 4.

Also I would love to hear the reasoning behind the TF change. None of the buffs or nurfs in this game have really bothered me much as I could see reasoning behind them, but this has really [censored] [censored] me off.
