A start of a new toon probably means you'd be around for another 39 months..

Gz anyway

Your so lucky your not on US servers with the UI off XD .

Wait a min. Its wrong. Disruption arrow and Acid are in the wrong places for a start, but rather than try to go by memory I should of checked. Last night I changed the character going by the in game detail screen, selling of excess SOs and salvaging still wanted IOs, some were 40s and 45s good for what I got leveling up.
This one's a bit more right. I got lots of respecs and being tight I can salvage 10 IOs at a time if needed if I can afford to make future changes to this build. Playing with 2 builds can get expensive and so I try to limit losses.

Somewhere on these forums someone said there is no need to get IO'd up for PvE...I guess that is..unless you want to solo AVs without temps and some insps. Just goes to show though if you could do that to an AV just what can be done in PvP. Some people just wouldn't stand a chance. I didn't check your numbers cos I am trying to stay awake from yesterday. I've had all xmas to get into normal hours and still haven't yet. Work on Monday.
-
I suspect with Infernal you may of preferred to be on your Kat/Invuln but that maybe dependent on how you slotted it.
-
Before anyone looks at it and looks shocked in disbelief...
This is playable, Tricky! But playable...normally..XD
I play on all servers and have only so much grind time (none) and inf per toon (barely any) as I am a true altaholic.
There is a trick to endurance maintenance on this. Most often there is one of those rare kins in the team strangely and so I have NP normally. Without endurance buffage it works on an average fight duration, recovery duration, movement and me not screwing anything up by trying to over stack any powers unnecessarily which if at any time I ran out of end I probably did over stack something. I leveled up staminaless, which was fine before cast time changes but it took to lvl 50 to slot comfortably after the changes.
Especially with an AV fight I would have to pace it a bit being careful not to overstack my debuffs.
This build is cheap if anything but good. It's so I don't have 2 expensive builds. The number of slots allow for a future change to IOs if need be. This one is more teamy and my other one will be with Stamina, more attacks, a "normal" build + ldrships. It will also be cheap but end friendly and more soloable. There is an empty slot for a -rechg resist maybe I am not sure yet but this is how my build on live is to the slot (not level of though).
I fitted in Ldrships asap after the res, I know that says alot about me but sometimes people are newish to knowing what to offer a TA in order for a TA to offer them something back. At times the fan can get hit and so I love a get out of the _ power.
Would you team with it?

I think you play like me in a sense. I rear guard from outside of aoe's as much as possible and shoot in for rare heal aura's (in fact if I am using a heal aura I consider the dynamics awry). You will rarely see irregular behaviour, but sometimes something is atypical and hard to explain sometimes happens.
If you understand other people powersets and the effectiveness of their powers then some things can easily brushed off as possibly down to something. -
I'd suggest my Trick Archer but I bet Abarta doesn't fly.
-
Save yourself 3 slots and swap maneuvers for assault. Assault will add to kins better. Those 3 slots could become end slots in whatever you find has the highest eps.
-
On a Tanker I would suggest sticking 3 recharges in for all the rechg you can get as you get -rechgd a hell of a lot + when exemping down it hurts that your slots aint too good. I picked up those extra res to slow enhancements for my shields: Winters Gift 20% resistance to slows. On a SR, practised brawler is comfortable at 2 SOs of rechg but that is with quickness; so even I would go 3 SOs and see little point in converting to IOs, "knowing what I get upto" XD .
Rather than Kick, Tough, Weave; I'd go Stimulant, Aid Self, Grant Cover. Grant Cover offers recharge debuff resistance even passively iirc + protects the people near you and Tough and Weave isn't as good as Aid Self on a Shield.
Apart from Tough and Weave it pays to add an end slot to the attacks rather than 2 end slot the toggles. This is to get more attacks to the endurance bar rather than wait quite a few seconds for enough endurance to actually squeeze an attack out. The difference is possibly 8 attack chains to an endurance bar with 1 end red in toggles and 1 end red in attacks and 5 attacks to the end bar with 2 end red in toggles and 0 end red in attacks as a rough estimate. -
I have one! I remember saying I wanted shiver over snowstorm (not both) for the fire and forget-ness on a controller. Snowstorm is great for pulling though.

They weren't DE or banished pantheon by any chance?
You know that if a mob of 17 is 70ft away and a tank taunts them and hides, 5 should come for the tank and 12 could come looking for anyone within their perception range. They will do a perception check on anyone and then go for who they've picked. For them to change their minds, usually someone else has to become a greater "threat". It is possible that you've been perception checked and nothing has made them perceive anyone else as a greater threat. Now some will argue that although the Devs can include in the AI of some enemies to go for a particular AT ie what Void Stalkers have, enemies haven't the AI to pick on the defender, but it has been noted how despite a scrapper wailing on an enemy, that enemy for some reason wants still wants the defender dead. We do know that there are enemies that stay locked on the first person they check but we don't know for sure whether or not there can be a random chance for it ie a enemy type a in 1 spawn has the AI to whilst the same type of enemy in another spawn doesn't.
I think though to avoid being a target most of the time you chance have to avoid the perception check and try to be lower in threat than everyone else. This is why mine has a stealth IO and SS.
I've read what the Devs have said on the matter but it's what they didn't "exactly" say which leaves possibilities open. -

I don't see the implementation as a complete fail. More so if people who are thinking selfishly and who have shown lack of individual respect leave.
[/ QUOTE ]
Wow!So anyone that left the game because they judged that i13 in regards to pvp changes was an utter failure are selfish and have no individual respect?Because you know some of us been sitting in the back waiting for some PvP changes since pvp was introduced without shoving it down anyones throats and just waited and waited and simply organised things ourselves. Its selfish to leave after 7-8 issues of asking some change and when the change comes to be a hard slap in the face and obvious letter of eviction from the game? The people that left did so because they had some self respect and was about time to be selfish.

You have a problem with your reading and writing skills. Firstly I did not suggest anyone. Secondly don't bother reading my posts as you run off on some tangent with how you see things. -
I'd say its alright in terms of what it does for a fraction of a second. The duration of each tick is greater than the time between ticks.
-
Is it the scrapper that's 50 and if so what powersets?
-
Well with any AT you trigger the ambushes. Take time between triggers and handle each in turn and you're done.
-
I don't believe in quick fixes for PvP. You need to get things aesthetically correct and balanced at the same time and so there are no real quick fixes.
There is only making things a little more accessible until fixes come over time. With such deep end, all at once, changes, I would of wanted more PvP zones for the I12 way to carry on whilst in the current PvE/PvP zones the players can become more accustomed by most of the changes.
Fixing PvP is both a mammoth and nightmare task if you ask me. Few people could fill the shoes to achieve it. I doubt any of those complaining could achieve it. I think its not just AT by AT thing but powerset by powerset.
A lot of people don't farm, and casually play alts so leveling up is slow, getting to a decent build takes forever. It's better if they have something accessible I wouldn't argue but a place for PvPers who've worked for their builds is still needed.
I don't see the implementation as a complete fail. More so if people who are thinking selfishly and who have shown lack of individual respect leave. But if it was me only some of what's been implemented; would of been, for now to maybe forever. This is because dual builds, which will take time for people to get into..I mean a long came the xmas event, (then comes this and then that), and earning stuff does take "a long while" for some but dual builds addressed a lot as what's concept or good in PvE may not be in PvP.
I would seriously lower the merit costs on most things and increase the base salvage drops, push things along abit or see full pvp zones in 20** on the one and only server left running for posterity. -
[ QUOTE ]
PvP should always be about the players, not the perceived or actual imbalances in power combinations making the difference.
[/ QUOTE ]
This sentence confuses the _ out of me. Actual imbalances take the PvP game away from being about the player. -
I tried it again and it did do something. Depending on the cause I guess it will and it won't. I did initially use that when I entered an empty zone now and again. Using it everytime I zone is going to drive me nuts. It needs to /sync itself everytime my character zones.
-
The game is absolutely unplayable for me. I log in anywhere and have a rubber band session from wherever I start from. I log out and log back in and maybe its alright but when I enter another zone its a rubber band session again so I log back through the gate and re enter the zone and I do this until the rubber banding can stop. I enter a mission and the rubber banding starts again with the mission door. I don't know what it is.
Its been happening the past few days but tonight its got worse. I wont get this problem on other games and things like this, problems you dont get on other games is why people play other games. I've seen countless people, entire teams leave and not come back. -
The bug is possibly, before you level don't click on any details before even having powers to look at. Why it doesn't show the tier 1 power that is the must take in the power screen I don't know. After logging back in I was able to level up, but from crashing, seeing my character listed as level 1 made me laugh.
-
I'll direct you to here where somewhere in it you could look at Globeys character. Its not importable. Its probably been since improved but it makes for an alternative suggestion as I don't PvP with one. If I did PvP one you might find it SOs given the current state of affairs or IO differently myself.
Psychic Wail in a PvP build wouldn't happen for me.
