Well you could go check the US forums. BillZBubba for example has a claws/SR (which he solos AVs with) that has a 1.5billion inf build.
400 million isnt bad. Really. I can easily get 100-200mil by just playing the game 1-50. Add in TFs, missioning at 50 and a bit of ebil marketeering and you're set.

Damn Neuron is giving me a headache atm. Stupid autohit power sink...
Also one problem that's so far only been a problem with him is that he seems to always get 2 hits in after each other. This is bad if it's thunderstrike + any other because that always kills me. It's pretty much always that when he gets one hit in he also gets a killing blow in after that one.
Wonder what's up with that... Also his voltaic sentinel hits me with 50% of his attacks.
EDIT: Woot, got that bugger down when I loaded myself with tier 1 +res and +end inspirations! And indeed, his voltaic sentinel had 59% chance to hit me. Wonder why it has such high ToHit values...

The reason I've not made my Claw/WP is that my projected cost for it is about 2 billion. My DM/SR cost around 400 mil and I was pleased with it for economy, my BS/SR was the same. I think SR is actually fairly cheap to IO up, my Spine/Inv was 800 mil and isn't as perfect a build cause I ended up economising

Battle Maiden defeated! This AV was one of the easiest to beat as long as she didnt get multiple hits in a row. Killed me once with 4 hits in a row

Malaise and Mother Mayhem defeated as well!
Against Malaise I had to use lucks to evade the non-positionally typed attacks he uses. Only used tier 1 luck inspirations though, 3 at a time.
Mother Mayhem on the other hand was another succesful no-insps, no-temps AV. She had quite low damage and only hit me a few times during the fight.

Finally beat Diabolique! Curse all that phasing
20 small reds were enough to make the difference between the bubbling when sub-25% HP. Finally!
Cant damage Infernal enough to beat him 50% fire resistance is just too much. I can whittle his HP down with tier 3 red insps but I'd need more of them than I can carry to get the job done. Admitting my defeat here and also noting that Dominatrix wont either be possible under these circumstances

I suspect with Infernal you may of preferred to be on your Kat/Invuln but that maybe dependent on how you slotted it.

Probably. At least he'd have the DPS to beat Infernal's regen. Although I did some maths later and without factoring crit chances in I found out that a constant 40% damage buff would be enough to take him down in 20 minutes. Very possible with some righteous rages but...
1) My math could be wrong and then I'd waste all that inf on righteous rages. They arent free!
2) 20 minutes is well enough to give him time for a lucky streak. If he beats me it's all over again and need to get new insps
Which is why I'd like someone to check it up for me.
Here's the math for anyone who's interested. I know it isn't the clearest piece of numbers you've probably seen but anyways...
((0.95 * (([84.4 + 97.84 + 172 + 154.4] * [2.175 + n]) * 0.5 + ([31.3 + 40 + 52.6] * [2.175 + n] * 0.75))/6.83) is my chain DPS with AV resistances factored. n is the unknown damage buff I tried to find out with this formula.
-100 is what I assumed AV regen to be. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
1200 the amount of seconds in 20 minutes. In other words the time frame in which 20 inspirations are to be used.
29000 is the AV HP. I know it's actually closer to 28800 but 29000 is a nicer, round number

Somewhere on these forums someone said there is no need to get IO'd up for PvE...I guess that is..unless you want to solo AVs without temps and some insps. Just goes to show though if you could do that to an AV just what can be done in PvP. Some people just wouldn't stand a chance. I didn't check your numbers cos I am trying to stay awake from yesterday. I've had all xmas to get into normal hours and still haven't yet. Work on Monday.

Got Tyrant to half health before I ran out of end, but that took from my last post till now, so I'm not in the mood to try again straight away. But I have noted I need a decent supply of blues. My build wasn't really designed to fight for that long without a rest I guess

How much damage does it do? Battle Maiden didnt hit me once with an attack that could one shot me if I wasnt at exactly 100% HP.

Also there's a cheap trick to lure Tyrant into a lava pool. Just out of curiosity, what is your primary?

Was trying that on DM/SR. 1517 is my base HP and he hit for over that. My BS/SR is slightly better defensively but is all S&L damage and more spike than sustained.
Tyrant couldn't actually get enough damage on me at any point to bother me, I was using Siphon Life fully slotted for damage to keep my HP bar full (unfortunately I didn't have any insps left at all cause I used them all trying to rez and get back into the fight with Chimora)
Tyrant had a constant 9.75% chance to hit me no matter how much I debuffed him, which seemed higher than Chimora, but its only fair cause his damage was fairly poor. I should have thought about the lava pool, with the amount of teams I've been on that will only fight him when he's in it. I had him perma imob'd too.
You've made me want to try this some more now, if there hadn't been buffs to DM in I13 I don't think it would have been possible for me but it feels almost as nice as claws over time now.

Bad thing is though that caltrops interrupt aid self so if I want to be able to heal I need to run.

Ah, wasn't sure cause your build above showed 241 additional Health so that would have been around the same level. Am guessing its not showing accolades or something
I cant injure BM at all with my Spine/Inv, but its fairly fair on that account cause she cant hurt me either. Must try someone that does actual damage against her

As the title suggests, I just managed to solo my first two AVs with a scrapper. No temps or inspirations. The AVs I defeated were Nightstar and Siege.
