I really think that the changes are nails are in the coffin for complaints about Mace. OTOMH I thought the old duration was a lot longer, and the duration to rechg was wider.

MA maybe all there is to i14, with some PvP changes and possibly the Valkyrie booster pack will come out at the same time for a "look over here" type thing. For some of the team not working on MA the time frame may allow a head start on i15/fixing current bugs. I dare say though a little more powerset proliferation albeit basic could possibly be done.

I don't agree with Medics doing more damage if their threat level is going to be in line with the others but perhaps the webgrenade should be an aoe immob, -spd, -rechg. The medics heal could be better.

No set is balanced around IOs, they have to keep making IOs to balance around the sets.

Exactly, a wonderful example of this was when they said what was coming out in I13 (ie: The Mission Architect) which we are getting in 14. As of right now the only thing in I14 is the Mission Architect. We may get some more toys and bug-fixes that we asked for with the last update or two, but that's all that's been said thus far.
And I still want my Dual Pistols ;p

I averaged about 1 every 3 months when leveling was at its slowest (4 in 1st year + alts) with basically exemping pretty much all the TFs to boot. I like and still like to get to 50 without having to go "Oh I missed something" and then they introduce Ouroboros, which is fine when I want something specific, like a temp power. I don't have to relive what I went and done afai am concerned.
Nowadays I just play anything at anytime for any reason bar the need or the feeling of wanting to get 50. Some alts are lucky if they average 2.5% of their level a week at times. -
Weave is def to all, Tough is just S and L. Weave covers all passives in basic survivability terms and therefore a quick and will do, till passives (which are fine with a lesser amount of slots). After 49 you don't get many slots to make weave as accommodated as it could be, making the overall build perform better. On basic IOs you could 1 Acc (you have rage+invince for tohit) footstomp and hit most things some may have no acc in attacks and opt for 2 end, 2 dam, 2 rechg for aoe dps but I'd be much happier with atleast an acc myself.

I think Mind/ should perform better the bigger the team gets, as you should from confusing more mobs, although lose xp per mob gain in xp/time from going through missions faster.
/Psi on the other hand is a set that theoretically should give you a longer endurance bar which means less chance for 0 end over time and so gain some performance back.
However, I don't look deep into Doms and so I could be wrong. I don't expect that Mind is as good for PvP as it was pre TK changes, pre PvP changes and given its lack of burst from having 0 real pets. -
I read that Proc as 10e per 50 secs or 12e per min. The 3rd normal IO would be 0.06 eps, and 0.06*60s=3.6e per min so the proc gives more. I have yet to put the proc in a single build despite having it myself in store to confirm.

Weave as your taking it is better far sooner than the passive resists. With what your slotting in the passive resists you're throwing slots away as the 3rd IO is doing squat really. This is handy though as I would want weave with a minimum of 5 slots normally and so 2 out of the passives can be thrown in.
I don't like the footstomps slotting I think that kind of slotting suits PvP ST attacks better although its an AoE set. I have yet to find a place in any character where I am looking at that set and deciding its the best one anyway. If you take the 3rd slot from TH and move it to RPD (if psi res is that important to you) you can save room for a Steadfast P +res/3% def IO. Then don't 6 slot footstomp but instead swap the chance for, for an end red. It'll all improve your dpe and conserve your eps better without losing but gaining def.
Cos your working within inf limits I don't think its worth me suggesting much else. -
With temps I have no doubts that a firetank could solo GW (stuff her Soul Storm and Black hole she won't be "allowed" to use it 90% of the time and at the times where she could, pop the lucks and cross the fingers).

The key thing for me about Entangling arrow is the -Fly.
As "ANY" type of Tanker or Scrapper on a team with 6 blappers and a TA, going up to "ANY" AV in game, I would hope to G that you have it. You would cure some of the main issues I would have, and, for both personal and team survivability we could possibly need nothing else from you.
I think what I like to go for is: a defender which paces itself but can give everything, that a team that's learning to team with one, could need. The second build could be one on a team that knows exactly how to rely on a TA's tricks alone. -

I remember when all my characters all had more badges and levels than Sals characters but then I decided that, it is, all in fact, madness. Extreme badgehunters are insane. XD -
I got FF/ and I got /Dark but not together. Is it possible that whatever inspired you to make one in the first place has been lost. It maybe temporarily. I find that sometimes its not even the character, its just a break from the game that is needed or the right people to team with to give it more purpose. I wouldn't of made one personally, putting fun first, FF/ would have to go with /Ice.

I can't do it XD. A 2nd build. Unless its a non-teamer, and in looking for bonuses worth playing for, I am seeing the cost in terms of another attribute; for example; I may have a better dam buff but look at the rechg I am losing to get it!! Hardly a single IO set seems worth gunning for in a team/soloable build.

Not into PvP zones but to the entrance point of them. To the helicopters, sirens gate in steel or that room in the Atlas City Hall with the portal. People could get into them quicker. I thought about it as a 45 month Vet idea but its rather biased and so it may make a good PvP reward idea, in some shape or form, I dunno. but lets say I am somewhere, anywhere, in Peregrine and need to get to RV, rather than ouroboros, then atlas then RV I am in that room that leads to RV.

I'd have to have a pop at getting a build specced for doing it without temps. With the million and one other things to do that could take time XD .
(Lets face it, with enough temps a Granite/Ice soloes AVs XD ) -
That build comes with a whole slew of problems XD but concept wins. Some would say it's not a build that is capable of contributing to the team as most anybody elses might. I don't beg to differ but just as this defender can constantly make other players perform better, other players in the team might me. Not always, and so then there will be build 2. It'll be right build for the team.
I liken this trick archer build to a Invuln Tanker build that could only fit in Tier 1, taunt and 2 other attacks that are the best gauntlets for it took fight pool, medpool for aidself and all it's armours..in each mob it is only 50% of the time does it actually whack an enemy.
Not all leaderships would need to be running some of the time as it is with stone tanks, if fire isn't a problem then you don't run Brimstone Armour. I know I wanted tactics and vengeance. There is only so much recovery capability a TA can do without being part of those needing help as TAs can draw aggro. Vengeance cuts a lot of the panic out. I will probably rather just see what's unnecessary than try to predict.
I prefer Procs in Single Targets as the chance to go off is on the one you aim for, as always in a group of 16 there is an ideal target that if you're going to want them to proc then it's on that target. I fancy build 2 as the more expensive perhaps with procs for both soloing, self recovery and teams that the first build won't gel with as much.
A chance for +rechg would be nice if I can get that in prolly. For faster conserve because if I do EMP my endurance problem has escalated.
In fact I was wondering whether or not to keep EMP for this build. It's something I'd use to quell an ambush really. I've slept incoming mobs with extra sleep slotted poison gas before but there is always a chance that ie some fireblaster will stop concentrating on the current group and fireball the incomers as though he's really a tanker with pyre mastery. I had it a lot with mass hypnosis but people who face plant their fireblasters after waking mobs up immediately would probably maintain that it's a wasted power choice XD .
I'll do a build 2 which will be a basic one and a build 2 that would be I dunno maybe something to dream about one day as some of my other alts may get a higher priority for now.
It got redone this morning putting aid other in at 12 cos assault was too far from the other leaderships, assaults +dam was close enough to acids -res and brought vengeance sooner that's why it was 12 but then I thought I bet ppl will notice aid other more over a DOs worth of damage each. It could top up a tanks health between fights say allowing better pace in its own way. -
