An all weapon team is damn fun. I've run a few in AE farm ones and the chaos is fun. Mix it up with AR and bows and it gets even better.
The best is when you get a team of 8DPers then use Team Teleport to blitz right into the middle of a large mob and let loose with Hail of Bullets and Rain of Bullets. -
Emperor, yep! I even checked on my friend's lap and my rating is still at AV. I'm stymied!

In any AE mish I make, the AVs almost always con into EB even though I'm at +3, x5 and set at AV rating. Hell, some of the mobs' bosses are tougher.
Before registering the villains, I go back and check the rank and but they come out weaker. Am I missing something?
Also on outdoor maps (such as the Warburg Malta Base) where exactly is "front, middle and back?" Does it even apply to such places? It'd be great to have regular patrols outside then once they go inside, all 10 bosses are spread out. -
ahh of course.. great. I tried the Test and setting myself to invincible but I keep crashing when I get the first of damage. Well, I guess I'm just gonna have to recruit people to be guinea pigs!

I would like to know how i can set an Ally to only heal me when I'm soloing an AE mish I made for myself when testing custom AVs
I've been told it's the following:
- set him to AV
- give him no Primary Powers
- give him 2 to 3 Secondary Powers (in this case from the Empathy pool)
- set him to defensive.
Is this true? I'd like some feedback before I go and waste my time. -
this looks fantastic. far better than most of the cosplaying weirdos out there who think it's a lifestyle.

It'll take a fair amount of trial and error. Some maps will have surprisingly more or less spawns than they'd seem for their size.

First, my rant. I became hostile and started using profanity out loud today while I wandered through this base today. I couldn't find the vault or storage rack so I could offload my crap from play. I wasted 1.5 hours in this maze. I finally had to quit to "character select" to regain control of my character. Frankly, I wanted to scream.
Next, why would someone design a base like this? We have so little time why would someone intentionally steal time from players like this? I'm just at a total loss for words. I play a lot and I can't imagine going through this every time I play. This is cruel and unusual. Are most SG's in CoH Flash or Functional? -

Would a Ninja MM with full MA be a viable threat? What about enemies with combination of 2 unarmed melee power sets? like MA and SS or KM and Dark Melee?

Aside from the Unique Caves - Trolls, what map has the most amount of bosses? I want to make my teammates run through a gauntlet of custom AVs and EBs.

Bull. I've done well enough against EBs and AVs and some really good players in PvP with my DP/Traps. And many of my kills in Arena and the PvP zones were archers. I just shoot the bowstring :P

I had joined an AE PUG in the midst of a mission and they were having an interesting discussion. the mish owner was wondering if he can make a Demon MM(only whip) a viable threat at an EB or AV level if he was given full MA, SR or other offensive powers.
Is this possible? -
Oh how I wish DP users can either get alternate pistol firing animations like the Thugs MM have or maybe have them randomly appear in combat

I enjoy devices and use them w/o any problem. I use all but Taser (couldn't it do more damage since it's not an inherent power?), Smoke Grenade (A confuse effect would've been better) and Cloaking Device (Stealth is so much more helpful).
I like to use my Phase Shift + Stealth and either Time Bomb/Trip Mine a lot. I go in hidden, plant 1 or 2 trip mines or 1 time bomb then I'm either teleported back or I run like hell to my team. Unphase and boom, it goes off.
Web Grenade and Caltrops I've maxed out with IOs and have enjoyed a very stream of success. Gun Drone,well.. that speaks for itself. With some good enh. for recharge, I can have 2 at once. Perfect for when I solo bosses -
