Indeed I have taken a lot of comments and worked around as much as possible to improve the arc, but little has come in aside from comments from both extremes.

The arc is 12217, and it is called Midnight Bells' Toll. It is an villainous arc, that is more story driven, with an EB at the end so it will be a boss if on lowest difficulty. It was designed to be 40+ arc.
*EDIT* Also you might need some help with the EB at the end, although she can be solo'd.

I will state that there is some vagueness in the arc, that is the way it is designed.

Now what I am looking for on what you think about the arc(I know it seems demanding but I want to make sure it is enjoyable for all):

Are the custom characters too difficult?
Is the plot too vague? Does it need more telling?
Was the arc completely unplayable?

That is what I would really like to know, you do not need to tell me if you do not want to.

What is in it for you? Aside from my grand gratitude for you playing my arc, I will play any one of yours rate it honestly and give you a full review. I am not a grand writer like many others, but I will do the best to be non-biased and give you some constructive criticism.

Sun Splitter: an RPPvPer who wears no pants. Can often be found farming badges. Spends most of his time playing video games. 90% of that time is playing WoW, unless the servers are down, in which he is playing CoH. Likes to be called "Lover Butt." Loves Imeco's poptart and his sugary filling. If you see a wild Sun Splitter, don't be scared. Make sure not to run, (Sun Splitter's feed off fear) but take off your pants and shake your rump. It will encourage the Sun Splitter to befriend you.

I don't know of any constant ones. But the Devs seem to be able to turn it off and on as something like an AoE toggle. I've seen both Ghost Widow and BaB turn suppression on during different events. It certainly didn't seem to be affecting those who were far away from them.

Technically these badges are not directly counted as Malta as you say. Sappers are just used to farm for them. You could use other if you wanted to, like Illusionists.

my suggestion first for this is to spell check. I am sorry but if you want to be serious and add a suggestion then spell check to help it be more presentable.

Also if you are in a group and you need to re-enhance then they should have no problem or waiting. OR you could just go in later, it is not like it is hard to level in the game anymore.
