All Im saying is.....actually, first why dont you ask people who may be willing to draw other folks charecters, like post your screeenie in the Sketch a Day thread. Dont just ask random people who have posted art, they may just want critiques on their own work not some retard begging them for work.
If you want your guy to have the BS when he is drawn take the screenie while it is drawn.

You know if you want him holding a broadsword you should do a screenshot while he has his weapon drawn. I hope he's a BS scrapper or you're a waterhead for asking.

For me its the storyline. Sure the storyline may be the same for every charecter I make but that first time through its great reading each clue and discovering the secrets of Paragon City. Best case in point for me was discovering the Ritki's secret.

Well, I can kinda answer you question about ED but not the Hover Cap.
ED is Enhancement Diversification. Remember how you could have hover 6 slotted with flight speed? or your attacks 6 slotted with damage? Not anymore. Now after 3 SOs the return starts to diminsh. This may be able to explain it better than I could

Correct. Theres no real need to do the Mayhem over and over once you get the special item unless you want the badge for completing x arsons, x cars and trucks destroyed, x vault doors destroyed, etc, etc.

Side missions can give temp powers as well. I know I have a rock, a shotgun, cryo bracers and something else from them on one character.

I had a problem with. Mainly because they might have chosen that powerset because they like it, they may never frequent the boards and see that Fire/Kin or Ill/rad or any of the other combos are considered "teh uber". I know I personally dont look in the AT forums until after I made a charecter to get some idea on how his/her powers are.
