Is there anything that you would like to be added to the game that you would be upset if it was a store-only item? Like what if they added Epic Power Pool customization as a premium purchase? What about a new epic pool - something on par with current epic pools, but with really nice looking powers? Alternate Mastermind pets (just the physical pet, not a new powerset. Like an alternate style of zombies for Necromancy)?
I'd like to know what they are capable of producing before saying anything would offend me, there are alot of features I would gladly pay for, only one of which has been mentioned <SG transfers> there's also alot of features I would pay for to do without. also see door rooting.

    ... hard question to answer.
  2. this is why I don't work on other peoples bases. Bases are a personal thing. well, they can be for the most part. Just one more reason to add to the pot of "we need a save/load feature for bases and rooms" I hope your friendships mend.
  3. any power for any character... sold!
  4. I wish the ion judgement sounded more like a "KRAKAKOOM" instead of a "v v V V V V T poing"

edit: had to separate the v's

No, seriously. Earth needs help. If you know people who can do that, now's the time to go get 'em. If not? Yeah, Imma go to work now and see if we can't convince NASA to spring for a shuttle replacement. Wish me luck.
I'm certain they want us to solve our own problems because we can. Earth is our home, but their terrarium. These guys build planets. Just an educated guess, we aren't the only life they have cultivated. If complications prevent evolution or worst case scenario our environment becomes unlivable, it's going to be something along the lines of a massive relocation. To us it would seem impossible, to them its the push of a button. That blue beam of light that could immobilize moving objects was the single most impressive display of technology I have ever seen. Nothing we have even comes close to it.

You know that old saying, "Necessity is the mother of invention" that's what we should count on. Our ability to understand and solve problems is the closest thing we have to super powers. There's ways to solve every problem we have on this world, some with technology some with simply changing a few man made laws. Unless something unforeseen happens, we should be able to help ourselves.

That would work. Iv'e always wanted to learn about what they use to power/fuel their space craft. Wish I could have gotten closer.

harnessing geothermal energy with our current technology is very dangerous and unreliable.
  8. We aren't alone. Never have been. When we prove ourselves to be a peaceful race Earth will meet with the neighbors. I live to see that day, because I have seen the neighbors.

I think it's all nice and good that they allow us to send unmanned probes to check out planets in our solar system, its very inspiring... to become better than we are. That's the idea. That's the reason we have Hubble.

I watch the sky. I'm certain the sky watches me.

  9. I'd rather man kind fix all problems on this Earth before venturing outwards, we might not be as welcome to leave this world as we may think, and yes.... I do know something.
  10. I think I see your problem, I see what looks like two golden girl smileys in your code.

that's enough to make anything suddenly crash.
  11. poop! missed it! ah well, maybe next time.
  12. yeah I'd totally go for a few server transfers.

I can see how this might be a difficult concept for you to grasp.

It's not that they need to get a life its that they have one, a busy one.

There's alot of people that have to fight, argue, negotiate, manipulate and in my case before my home business took off, BLACKMAIL...just to get a few -certain- days off. These people work hard and they want to play hard. they don't get or have much time off and that means they are going to make the most of what time they do have. To them, Double XP is a near Epoch event.

coming to the forums and telling the hard working middle class to get a life...

    yeah... YOU get a life!

    Feeling lost

I know exactly what you need to do.

This is why I have a purped out 50, it was designed it from lvl 1 to do this:

Exemplar down and run regular conent with lowbies.

    You won't be bored anymore.
  15. ...makes me kinda wish that double xp would have been a redeemable thing like tokens and such.

That way people could get their double xp at their leisure, even if issues arose that prevented double xp from being activated, they would still have the tokens.

There's a reason they charge you for additional character slots per server these days....they figured out a way to get people to pay for making even more alts.

All of my alt-itis is now fed by a couple of farming/PL toons. AE is used to run them up to level 32 in a single evening. It makes the game infinitely more enjoyable to me. For farming, I often just use portal missions since it gives me a chance for purple drops and incarnate shards/threads.

Anything you can do in this game is OK until the rule-makers say otherwise. Opinions around here notwithstanding, the only person who can tell you what you are doing is wrong are the owners of the game.
    annnnnd... THIS.

    well said...

    'nuff said.

  17. This might not be for everyone. This is a cost effective tp bay. It requires edit mode every time you need to switch a becon. That could be an issue for larger shared sg's. For a personal sg it's ideal. This example saves on power, control, loadtime and retains high level of function.
  18. My advice is all about the functions. Newer players and builders need to know the ins and outs of functional bases. Keep all the functions at the front of the base, and keep all the decorative meeting rooms, chapels, mazes, all of that needs to be- separate from the function.

you don't want people to zone into a base, then have to hunt their way through room after room to find the tp or medbay. You get the idea. Hope this helps.

  19. medbay on top of the insp chamber. This gives the player the option of going to base after defeat to rebuff and reload for combat. This has come in handy: returning to combat with 2nd, 3rd tier insp. I would have gone the tree of wonders route. no healing badge yet, plus I found alot of the insp that were 2nd, 3rd tier are better stored and available for use in a pinch.

  20. in this example crafting salvage, enhancement table, personal vault.

    Nice, neat, organized.

  21. In this example, these racks are dedicated for buff station salvage.

Each particular buff has its own rack.
