I've got piston boots on a few of my toons and the aura is just as you have described, there has never been any colour show that i can remember.

I think that you may find that it is the winged boots that use the colour for the aura

It's a bit off though that when you go onto the store it will still accept your payment with one of these card's and even send you a reciept of payment but wont let you apply to the account, need's sorting, very unprofessional!!

I just recently gave a friend a trial code to get started on heroe's, he has since decided to upgrade to a full account, he went to plaync shop and purchased a full game serial code using a maestro card, it is showing on his account as unused but when he attempt's to use it he is sent back to the payment screen and wont aply to his account.
So the question is what is he doing wrong ?

Quite like pendulum(time related background) but the one i get asked about quite a bit is Litmus Test(fire/rad scientist type)

Just completed ITF this afternoon for the first time and just wanted to say cheers to the team, i had an absolute blast, was on with my blaster miss kindle and those of you who have done it before were very helpful.

Heroe's

Mota - Lvl 50. My main, a ss/fire tank, Was my first 50 and loved every minute getting there.
Miss Kindle - Lvl 50. Fire/Fire/Fire Blaster, Love this toon sooo much, owns most mob's i run into
Pendulum - Lvl 50. Claws/Super Reflexes Scrapper, If i ever want to go solo this is my man, fastest toon i ever did see. Also great for soloing AV's
Litmus Test - Lvl 44. Fire/Rad/Fire Controller, First toon i ever rolled way back when, been taking my time levelling him cos he's so much fun to play, dont wanna get him to 50 just now.

Villains.
Vexsus - Lvl 46 DB/WP Stalker, out of all the levels i've done on this toon only about 10 have been in teams, try to solo him as much as possible.
Battleskar - Lvl 39 SS/Inv Brute, what can i say, he like's smashing stuff.

I also have a huge supporting cast who get played every once in a while, my current is Megabash a Lvl 28 EM/WP Tank

What do i dislike are Khelds, dont ever seem to be able to get then out of their teen's.
My favourite bit of the game?!? gotta be monster hunts and AV bashing, particularly maria jenkins arc(could play all the time)

Welcome to cox mate,
seems to me that the problem is that you have the us shortcut, this is a common problem.
All you need to try is right click on your shortcut for the game and look in properties, it needs to be cohupdater.eu.exe, you just need to change it and hopefully that should be you.
