  1. Honour is for people that want to be noticed. I don't want to be noticed (and generally am not), so honour (and a bunch of other things) go out the window.
  2. Damn, that's pretty high. I ain't running that in combat, no matter how cool it looks. Oh well, I can deal. Still sounds pretty swanky, and I'm gonna pick up this pack for sure.
  3. Quick question for anyone who has the pack: what's the end cost on the run?

The run animation fits a very specific type of character: It is a ninja run, not a general purpose "Natural"-origin run. Hopefully in the future we'll get a similar run or other "Natural" travel power that will fit a broader range of character concepts.
And this sums up my feeling about all the boosters. I think they are all great, but yes, they are all niche and I hope for more niches too be filled in later boosters.
  5. I think that James Earl Jones would be a great choice for Lord Nemesis.

Oooh, yeah, good point. I love those pieces.

At the very least, it will make doing the slopes look that much cooler (pun intended).
  8. Ulterior, vines, and faces were in issue 15, and I would love to hear in what reality "June 29" is "over a year ago".

Isn't there some clause about being provoked, somewhere?

Pretty sure you aren't being a grammar nazi over correcting peoples spelling. You may be a spelling nazi, however.

    As per Castle:

So there's no advantage in PVP with it.

I hate losing the defense that CJ gives but it does look pretty cool.

I might bug it and see if we can at least get CJ not to detoggle.
    It's working as intended, sorry.
  14. Every pack, with the exception of the science booster and the valentines pack, has non-cosmetic powers.

Only if you consider every sort of brawling to be martial arts. Wrestling, boxing, street fighting, pretty much anything weapon based. Theses are all natural "powers".

There are a lot of different themes that could be done under natural, nevermind that even if you limit it to "martial arts", ninja's are only a small subset of that.

EDIT: Also, under the definition that CoX uses for the "natural" origin, aliens and other beings that get their powers simply because they were born with it also count as natural (eg. Superman is natural, because his powers stem from his Kryptonian heritage).
  16. For what it's worth, I view every post I make as beating my own post count.
  17. Not sure about the numbers, but I know for a fact that the portal graphics are very glitchy.

    Case in point:

Cross faction rarity didnt stop you from making the red cap daggers an unlockable.
    Ugh, good point.

Arachnos Pistol seems reasonable. I'll see if we can't get that in for Dual Pistols.
Coralax are in the hollows, so no reason to limit the coral stuff for that reason.

Also, if you are putting in the Arachnos pistols, you might as well add in the Arachnos maces for War Mace and the rifles for Assault Rifle.

PS: Rusty blade for broadsword, plox.

I dunno, hours? I really don't see the appeal of speed-runs.
