I made a Rad/Energy Blaster look like a PPD human form Kheldian. Change the colors of the powers to white and even added the aura over the eye to look just like them

I do have to say they the best ITF I have ever done was an Epic AT ITF and we had the following:

2. WS (Tri Form)
3. PB (Human Form)
4. PB (Tri Form)
5. Bane (Huntsman Build)
6. Crab (Pet Build)
7. Fortunata
8. Widow

We destroyed everything in our path and didnt even do any short cuts and still got done in 1hr 10 min.

If a WS and PB walk into a last man standing arena match ....Who will walk out a winner if they both are at the same lvl of pvp experience?

There are so many super powered RP team for mutants, magic, and science. I want an RP team with only Human and Tech.

This is my RP Team idea...

C.A.S.T.L.E. (Central Agency for Superhero Tactical Law Enforcement) is secret organization that has been around for the last 80 years. It has recently let the world know of its existence because the increase of terrorism in the world. C.A.S.T.L.E agents are for the most part a World Police Force that is armed and much more effective than standard police. We have become aware of the increasing numbers of super powered beings in the world and have been recruiting humans to train them and become soldiers. We consist of 2 divisions and this will determine how each individual soldier is trained.

The First division is called “Natural Enforcers”. This is where we begin training each agent to reach the peak of human conditioning without any Unnatural enhancements. The reason behind this is so that we do not get dependent on any substance that can alter the genetic makeup of humans. The training also teaches each soldier their physical limits with weapons training, combat training, strength training, endurance training, and even tactical knowledge training. With this training they will also receive skills in the use of Jet Boots, Piston Boots, Running Boots, Teleportation Belts and other useful gadgets. Most of the weapons used are Pistols, Rifles, Swords, Axes, Shields, Maces, Bows, and Arrows. There is a large number of soldiers that are experts in Martial Arts and even some have reach the physical conditioning to lift over 1000 pounds in essence giving them an appearance of having super strength.

The Second Division is called “Techno Enforcers”. This is where we use some of the greatest minds on earth to create weapons for our agents. Our most commonly used weapon is suits of armor that enable the user to do superhuman feats. These agents have to be in great physical condition as well as mental condition because they will become walking arsenals. Currently we only have the technology to create suits that can only produce one specific power type, for example… Electrical Blast/Electrical Manipulation/Electrical Mastery Blaster. These suits also have integrated modes of travel to help them with mobility at a moment’s notice. Each suit of armor is coded to work with the users DNA and cannot be used by anyone else. The user also carries a device that teleports the armor back to the base after each use to begin repowering, repairs and upgrades. Once the suit is completed it can be teleported back onto the user when it is needed.

On my Fortunata I picked Soul Mastery for the Darkest Night, Soul Tentacles and Summon Widow. I tried to focus on a team build and picked more control powers and cones. I did this to make a pseudo controller for the villain side with controls/debuffs/ powers. It works really well with the play style I was looking for.

On my Bane I picked Mace Mastery just because Shatter Armor is the best attack and it works well with the other mace attacks.

If you like teams then WS is the way to go. It has nice AoE/PBAoE powers that help in a team enviroment. If you like to solo then a PB is way better because of all the self buffs that will keep you alive longer and better single target attacks.

Just give Dark Control the Minor Shadow that Black Swan uses as the lvl 32 pet.

Minor Shadows are powerful enemies despite their small sizeThese small shadowy beings serve Black Swan loyally. They seem to have no desires or motivations of their own. Some people say that after they encounter them they experience a chill for up to several weeks. They can channel dark energy into focused blasts.

Powers

Dark Blast (Ranged, Negative, Damage over Time, Negative) Foe -Accuracy
A long range blast of dark energy. Deals moderate damage and reduces the target's chance to hit.

Gloom (Ranged) Damage over Time, Negative, Foe -Accuracy
Gloom slowly drains a target of life and reduces his chances to hit. Slower than Dark Blast, but deals more Damage over Time.

Shadow Punch Melee, Smash/Negative, Low Damage, Foe -Accuracy
A basic punch draws power from the netherworld. Shadow Punch deals moderate damage and reduces the target´s accuracy.

Shadow Maul Melee, Smash/Negative, High Damage over Time, Foe -Accuracy
This deadly attack unleashes a flurry of shadow punches pummeling your foe with focuses negative energy. Shadow Maul deals a lot of damage over a short period of time. Like most Shadow Punches, Shadow Maul can reduce the target´s accuracy.

Resistance Auto, Self +Res( E--30 N50 )
Black Swan's minions are resistant to Negative Energy, but vulnerable to Energy.

Just give me a Dark/Dark Blaster and you can have Dark Miasma for a controller....lol

I hope my story didnt make anyone sad... I do find it to be a love story that has not come to an end yet and I am not a bitter man destined to ruin Valentines Day. Just wanted to share my personal experience with finding true love in a online game.

Around the middle of 2004 I was in the military and I was in charge of some soldiers. We were all talking one day and I mentioned that I used to collect comic books when I was young. One female soldier that was one of the prettiest I had ever seen in uniform told me that she just got into a comic book game named CoH. I was interested in this game so we talked and that evening I purchased the game and I had no clue what I was doing. The next day I asked her to show me around in game and she told me her character’s name and said she would meet me in Atlas under the globe. That night I did and we began to team together every day. It got to the point that I couldn’t wait to get off work to team with her. Because of the position I held it was totally frowned upon to have a relationship with another soldier of a lower rank; however how can we tell our own hearts what to feel? What started out as a game play turned into a 2 year relationship hidden from the world. I thought it was a miracle that I met the most amazing woman over an online game.

The beginning of 2007 she got orders to a new duty station and I got orders to go home since my contract was over. We talked about marriage once I became a civilian; however life threw us a curve ball and she was scheduled to deploy. We spent her last 3 months before deployment together. She gave me her account info and asked me to lvl her Invul/SS tanker so we can team up when she got back. I moved back to my state and we e-mailed each other 2-3 times a day, then it went to once a day, then every other day and so on.... I know what happens when deployed and I knew she was coming back and we can begin where we left off.

While I was home my father passed away and taking care of the stuff at home took most of my time. When I moved I lost her families information and her e-mail doesn’t seem to work anymore and we lost contact with each other. I did everything I could to find her. I tried to find her by contacting her unit they wouldnt talk to me since I wasnt a family member.

I still pay for her account and every day I look at the tanker I leveled to 50 for her. The character has not been logged on in over 886 day. Every time I log in I am hoping with all my heart to see that “ 0 Days” last logged so I know she is on and I can send her a tell and find my lost love. Until then I am on Triumph a shadow in the streets arresting baddies and waiting for another miracle.

I am aware of the fact that somepeople want to give Triumph a new name and lead it into a differernt direction. So I am aware of the "Off Topic" conversation in reguards to that issue. So I was a bit ticked when people assume I didnt know what was going on. I like the low server population since I solo a lot and I dont interact well with others and I like the server the way it is. Just because I dont post a lot on the forums doesnt mean I am not up to date.

But I am sorry, Rhynwa for calling you a jerk; but I do have emotions too and seeing someone kick a man when he is down just upset me for the moment. I am better now and I drop my pants as a sign of peace.
