Put me down as a Blaster. I don't have a concept fleshed out yet, but the character will likely be either Ice/Ice or Fire/Ice depending on what kind of cool names I can find free (ETA: no pun intended).

I'd like to get in on this if you don't mind an RP newb, because I do like to have fun at least once a week. I was thinking of making a rad/fire blaster.

I was thinking about maybe Wed nights around 7pm EST till maybe 8:30 or 9pm EST. What about everyone else? My only real no-no's are Sunday or Monday nights, because I have to go to bed early so I can wake up at the butt crack of dawn on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Plus, Chuck is on Monday nights.
Also Jaelen, we were all RP newbs at some point, you're more than welcome to join us!

Hey guys, if you get enough interest to fill an 8-person team, I will gracefully bow out. As I mentioned last night, 2 static teams a week (Blue Shield and Gold Corp) are probably my limit. If you need help getting the ball rolling, I'll definitely be your eighth, but if you don't need me, don't feel bad about me not joining.

Thinking of a Bubbles Defender, or maybe a scrapper, or maybe a troller. Need to think hard on this.
bull: i think a bubbles controller sounds like a great idea and could really fill a hole in the team.

I'm leaning toward a something/shield scrapper. Thinking of a natural origin, so probably martial arts.
I could be persuaded to find some kind of controller if there was a need, too.
Okay, so this static team (the Gold Corp) I play with every Thursday is super fun, but I want another! I was talking to the team (the ones that showed up last night lol) and I pitched my idea.
- Gleaming Bolt - Defender (me)
- Unaitus - Scrapper (Nicodemus)
- Ke'ros - Peacebringer (NovaFactor)
- Imperiana - Defender (thgebull)
Here's the premise: A modern-aged super hero group theme. Think along the lines of JLA, Avengers, X-Men ... you get the idea. Basically the only real requirements of the team would be to have a traditional superhero costume, a secret identity and a strong desire to have fun with a team once a week. My toon is lvl 9, so I'll turn off my xp and exemp down until the group catches up.
So far, there are a few interested. Let me know in this thread if you'd like in on this team. We'll work out all the details once we have a full group of 8.

Must be available on Wed nights, 8pm EST - 10pm EST We are all (mostly) currently lvl 20. The only requirements for this team are: That you be of the modern aged superhero theme, have a secret identity in your character's bio, have a very "superhero-ey" costume and have some sort of celestial connection regarding your powers and/or purpose for being a superhero.
