When I open my contact list or am talking to a contact the little picture of the compact in question just shows up as black. Is this a common easily fixable problem or are my attempts futile. I've tried running it in safe mode but its the same thing.

Ugh this is like watching the food channel where they eat the really good looking food that you know you will never get to try. Exept i mean to get to 50 with a hero. and even if you can't have the food right then its always nice to watch it. Good job.

To add to this, it may be something like a Placate(interanly not where we go ivis or anything)...the more Henchmen you have out the less chance you have of even being seen by the mobs..

Things like AoE's would still affect you but nothign would really gun for you untill your meat bags start dropping.

I have a new one.
I was having a party with my collition for someones b-day. we got done with the fooling around and the costume contest and we decided to go pvp. We get to BB all uhhmm 30 of us and the heroes are occupying our base. we drive them out with the villians that were already there and slowly followed them back to there base. We absolutly destroy them in there own base and only take casualties from police drones and the occasional computer enemies like the rocket launcher things. they get us out of their base finaly and we continue fighting in the water in front. After a while i give up and start to use pff and talk to the heroes. I get killed every once and a while but who cares no debt I keep coming back for more. It was a good birthday for simi-evil. (b-day girl)

Id have to say that my favorite moment in pvp was in BB whith my merc/ff mm.

I was teaming with my two friends and i come up on this defender and controller. my friend AS the defender and i get my pets to kill the controller with the help of my corupter friend. the troller starts to complain about how the heroes want no trouble and that the villians need to stop picking on them. She said (the troller) that we were cowards and we should face her in a 1 on 1 battle. so me and the corupter go in front of the hero base where she told us to meet her and my friend the corupter starts to fight her for the 1on1. My friend dies and now its my turn. I already have my pets summoned and at the ready and we start. i keep knocking her back with my force bolt while occasionaly joining my pets in lighting her up. i kill her and we decide to get my stalker friend to fight her. by then her other teammate joins in watching and unknowingly my friend AS this inocent defender.he goes down in a matter of seconds while not listening to our pleas to stop. my corupter friend and the troller decide to fight once more but another hero comes and tries to kill the three of us. we kill him and decide on the team chat that we let the controller live too long. With the suggestion "lets jump her" we kill her in no time. she starts yelling and complaining again and we explain that we have a reputation to uphold. a couple minutes later i got disconnected and i went to bed satisfied that night.
