From your build I would lose tactics and assault, its already an end hungry machine and damage is enough for you to forgo assault, 2 acc and taking FA in epic will be enough in PVP and will enable you to see stalkers easily enough.

My scrapper is MA/SR and does it without trouble..and the +def is just a thing they get..spines get immobilize and slow..MA gets stun..B.S +katana get +def..claws get perma damage boost (done well that is) and knockback style
..they all have something they are better in

You're all saying "Lets find out where the inadequacies in 1vs1 PvP lie! It'll be more balanced if we don't use inspirations!" I can tell you now, that with a match like that a controller will win. Even if he misses 2 holds out of every 5, he's still going to chain hold someone once their mez protection has gone and any controller can stack over any mez protection in less than 30 seconds.

have 3 recharge 1 hold 2 acc myself..can break 2 break free's but powers like intergration are still a pain while my grav and fire do it with ease:P -

The epic holds IMO are great , could do with being longer but the main fact is stalkers get criticals on held targets, more crits can not be sniffed at.

Hm, according to prima guide, blinding powder cannot sleep players, only PvE critters. Has 50% chance of confusing a player. And 20% chance of crit is not something I would make sacrifices over, at least if theres no extra chance added, even if I happen to be a stalker.
I would still take invisibility over nearly every other lategame power, even over Retsu.

for the rest of us it's been a nerf. If you're say, a MA/SR or Claws/SR Scrapper, your defenses won't even floor a white minion any more. In fact, even _with_ the passives, it will leave a 20% chance to be hit...
make it less and SR would be 2 overpowered...20% aint that much..shall we say this..20% chance to hit someone is a big pain in the behind..you have problems with white minions?...Wonder how a DO'd SR can tank yellows then
Basicly if you wanna make a pve scrapper go regen or dark..SR is just awesome in pvp and should be made for that imo
the lvl 35 power should be aoe def and not only cone 2 I believe -

You do NOT need any recharge redux in it at all. Aid self got about 25 sec base recharge but the activation time is very long though (about 3 seconds). So if I were you I'd swap those recharge redux on int redux.

Thats how i'd have aid self. I never said anything about "needing". It was my thoughts on how i would slot. The 1 int 2 rechg 3 heal is great on my super reflex and is good enough on 3 of my mates elec/elec blasters, to all of us its about right, especially the recharges.

But in PvP zones if you dont run around like crazy - you are dead, and i dont think that you will stand still for 3 seconds and waiting for heal to work.
And by the way, he's a brute, not a blaster and I dont think that he will need to use aid self that often

for arena he won't..for pvp zones he will..brutes are wanted targets and with the amount of blappers runnin around these days it can't hurt to have.. -

Well i cant get an update version with the elec side so im just gonna go and say stuff now that i can see the whole build in 1 go.
Attacks: 2 acc 1 end 3 dam even in stun, once you have stamina and conserve power then change lower end costing ones to recharge if its suitable, sometimes some attacks in the attack chain have enough recharge anywayy.
Shields: 3 resist and 1 end, only if you can spare the slots later on add another end reduxes, 3 end reduxes is a defiante no no as the 3rd one offers so little. If it only takes an end have just 1 end and if it only takes res then have 3 res.
Stimulant: 1 interrupt redux is better than anything else
Aid self: 1 int 2 rechg and 3 heal is good to have, if anything to save slots lose the rechg but 6 slotting it is nice and often more viable to do with the amount of slots you get and the number of less useful places you could put them elsewhere.
With superjump i dont add jump, i dont know why people do really either i like to have as less a burden on my endurance whilst travelling as reasonably possibly especially if i want to recuperate my endurance in the process.
Combat jump 1 def buff is fine as adding slots to it defensewise will only boost your defence in decimal points, endurance cost is so low its not worth worrying about.

1. Uhm 3 damage 2 acc in stun..yeah thats great since stun has a base damage of nothing..slot it with 2 acc 2 stun...2acc/2recharge/2stun if you are planning on stackin it:/..
2. 1 end red will do..I had this build on the test server and never managed to get lower then 40% end cause of the end restore..

4. ugh..pvp...put jump in it...why end reduce..it gives -acc so I would never run it during fighting anyway
5. put a jump on this one unless you have break free's..with quickness+combat jump you can still get that trollers/dominators (some other AT's posses imobilize 2) flying around you...

I'm a troller myself and wouldn't care if people would use big insps tbh(except for the SG farming indeed)
Let em bring break free's and having no endurance and no damage since that is what my SECONDAIRY power relies on (I mean illu just sucks teh big time for duels^^)...

It could be that I'm wrong but the odds where 40% and 20% before:/...maybe cause I always did the trollers version which gives only 75% of the original...
anyway..
Sonic is a great set for kinetics..+damage...and a huge kin -res from sonic..can't be better..
reason I would first use that cone (watch out with the knockback tho) and THEN use your cone sleep..
Fullcrum IS stackable yes..(the recharge and acc are awesome)..but since kins are best in big teams and damage caps are pretty much lower then first you should be able to reach the damage cap with 1 good fullcrum
..otherwise you still got siphon power to back you up:P..
another idea for kinetics is
kin/elec (its better if you go the team kin way)..elec doesn't have that uber teh uber damage..BUT...short circuit (uber end drainer) +transference+fullcrum works great not to mention the long range nuke blast called thunderous blast
..I like the combo since a good kin goes close to the mobs to fullcrum anyway..and the heal is high enough to restore if it doesn't work out perfectly..get acrobatics tho if you are gonna play that way

its probaly even more effective solo imo..and well causing damage..if you wanna do damage make a rad or kin (kin is better for damage imo)...bubblers can be great solo'ers but no its not a damage set -
Almost every new DM player makes the error of not getting shadow punch 2.
Hasten on 1 recharge in every attack and you got a unstopable chain..
Shadow punch/smite/air sup shadowmaul..press it with timing and you can bash a brute away within 30 secs:P..
okay stalkers work different then scrappers..but if you find yourself out of hide its just a great combo..I personaly think DM is the best scrap set for stalkers cause of that -
