  1. For some reason it loads faster if im logged out.
  2. Low base accuracy aside stalagmites is a great stun. It doesnt suffer from the dumb penalties that flashfire does with target airborn(ie any kind of elevation means it wont work.

Ice doesnt have a extra hard control like that. Even if it may need improvements it really isn't a ****** set like most people make it out to be along with grav.
    (in my opinion)
  3. Yeah im not sure why sets with -recharge gets so high end costs. The effect isnt that good in PvE(imo).

Doubt any would be answered either. Wish they would just say that they wont do anything.
  5. I think they should inrease the dpa of the entire set to make up for not having build up

    SS/SR help?

I have never picked elude on a pve sr so i dunno. Never felt like i needed it in situations with defense debffs i just pop a luck.
  7. Had a friend test and i was wrong. I assumed it worked like lightform.
However apparently it takes a sec to drain you to 0 so you could use a blue and click hib

I thought it was fairly obvious i was just showing how easy it is to soft cap /sr

If that was your complaint why didn't you look at all the unslotted powers?

    Lol

    ice/ice leveling

Wish they would change /ice frozen aura into the froststomp tankers get.
  11. I though unstoppable was still a 100 end crash with no -recovery?. So if you have the +end accolades and/or +end from sets. you will have enough to activate hibernate
  12. Hello, was wondering if any PvP related questions were answered?

I keep hearing that you can soft-cap defense easily with super reflexes by simply getting one additional defensive pool power (like weave for example or combat jumping or hover), but my search-fu is weak.

In a nutshell, how can one get to 45% ranged/melee/AoE on an SR build without using IO sets in attacks (since I'd kind of like to get as much recharge out of the build as I can for rage to stack as often as possible)?
