Whilst there is still some pvp on union (nothing like it used to be) it tends to revolve about in RV.

SG wise you mostly find everyone fragmented and in various supergroups. You probably find there isn't really any dedicated pvp sg's just because things are a lot quieter.

Were you looking for any particular kind of pvp out of curiosity?

I love to read up on some of them threads as I could only assume it is slightly bias on his ability. I can't imagine him being a good pvp'er and if he is that hated you would have a lot of people come into the zone just to get him (which shouldn't be hard). TP him and stalkers fire off there Assassinate Strikes.

I would imagine he would get a lot of abuse too this side of the pond. No idea how extreme it would be but I know I would take great pleasure in taking him down.

Well just managed to get into the arena. Tested my Ill/Rad, MA/Regen and Rad/Psi out.

Apart from not being able to kill a BS/WP scrapper with my psi damage I really didnt find suppression to be so aweful and it still seems possible to kite (just as well as I could almost be one shot by BS).

I guess I just need to see how RV is but so far it honestly doesnt seem that bad.

I don't think you took on the French team he is talking about (although could be wrong). I assume you talking about the test server meet ups? If so then it was a long process but the French and Germans did eventually succumb to the mighty EU. Infact the EU got too good and couldnt get fights .

However those days have long past (regular international fights) and most of them players are long gone.

3) Maybe - Zones are mostly quiet apart from RV when you get the occasional battle. Number wise its not a patch on what it was. You could probably go into SC and not get AS'd. With the new PvP anyway you probably laugh at the poor stalker that did it anyway since it got nerfed.

5) Yes it did, very very powerful combo. With the new PvP I can't comment.
6) Variety of new sets such as Shield, Pain and some sets swapping to heroes and villains e.g. thermal controllers.

Really devs get a clue, thats just poor.

Mezzes only lasting max 4 secs now makes a whole AT primary completely useless against blasters.

Remove blaster ability to attack while held, blasters are still the number one PvP AT without it, 4secs mezzes are bad enough without a target which can completely ignore them.

Are blasters the number 1 AT for PvP? I wouldn't say there were and it all depends on what PvP you doing.

With regards to dominators I think they can hold there own against most blasters if played right. I know my plant/psi does well against most but i can't really comment about other types so much as you don't often see many dominators about these days.

Are you coming up against different blasters or the same ones? I know sonic seems very popular and lethal at the moment.

People keep saying this but I guess I am playing a different game and imagined around 14 vs 14 in RV just the other night.

PvP has changed greatly and it might not be as great as it once was but there are still quite a few people that pvp. Granted it seems to only be in RV though ....

Well not to many PvP groups left as such but you always welcome to give us a try (E.V.I.L.). Don't seem to have too many pvp players left since the new issue if im honest.

You find most pvp'ers seem to have alts in all the big sg's although you be teaming with mainly the same people.

What's your global name? You welcome to join us or ask me any questions .

Number 4 would be too tempting. I think I would take advantage of choosing whatever enhancements I want rather than the leveling to 50. Would also help friends/supergroup and arrange a few silly competitions so people wouldn't have to collect silly amounts of inf.

With regards to your questions.

1) It is a kinda short cut as you normally get the teleport after experiencing a time travelling mission.

With regards to Ms. Liberty you either need to prepare for the battle with lots of inspirations or perhaps bring a team with some debuffs to help make the encounter easier.

2) I think because you are in Ouroboros and have accepted a mission there it acts like a Task Force meaning you can't do other missions. You either complete the mission or quit the TF (if you click on team it should give you an option to leave).

3) Unfortunately I don't think I will be available until later on in the evening so the best of luck with it. If you haven't completed it by the time I pop on I will lend you a hand.

Depends I guess. Obviously Doms have been hit hard but I am still able to beat most toons on mine. Its more of a blaster than dom as mez means practically nothing now. There are some new changes coming which have changed recharge times etc so can't comment and say if that has ruined it completly.

Is it wrong I much preferred it when there were several dominant supergroups. Coalition chat was always buzzing and getting things done was so much easier. Very much good days.
