With regards to your questions.
1) It is a kinda short cut as you normally get the teleport after experiencing a time travelling mission.
With regards to Ms. Liberty you either need to prepare for the battle with lots of inspirations or perhaps bring a team with some debuffs to help make the encounter easier.
2) I think because you are in Ouroboros and have accepted a mission there it acts like a Task Force meaning you can't do other missions. You either complete the mission or quit the TF (if you click on team it should give you an option to leave).
3) Unfortunately I don't think I will be available until later on in the evening so the best of luck with it. If you haven't completed it by the time I pop on I will lend you a hand.

Also from the levels it looks as if you are running on the top difficulty - this will mean Ms Liberty will spawn as a Hero rather than an EB. Not every build is capable of dealing with AVs/Heros solo. If that is the problem you can either lower your rep so she spawns as an EB or pick up a team to help.

Hey and welcome to CoX dude - what you started was actually the first ouro TF which it even says in its brief before you start that its not intended for solo play as she is not the only Hero class foe on the arc. Same goes for all the ouro TFs, but the standard arc (the contact right infront of you as you enter ouro) is easily soloable.

Hi everyone, I'm a new player, actually i'm playing since around a month, and i'm still learning many aspect of the game
For example recently i found someone who did "something" and "a thing" appeared on the floor. Curiosity killed the cat, i clicked and discovered it was a teleport for Ouroboros (not sure about the spelling) now there talking with npcs i did a quest which rewarded me with the teleport skill itself.
Question 1: is the right way to go there or did I took some shortcut? and skipped some steps?
Following i got a quest where i have to go in a cave kick some snake's butt, and in the bottom there is a Ms. Liberty Hero gal apparently unbeatable, same level (34 according to me being 31) orange snakes go down without problems even in groups, she alone (34 orange) after 3/4 minutes being beaten still has more than 90% life and my minions have been replaced around 3 times after being kicked and i am without End to call them again.
And must escape or die.
Question 2: is normal that until i have the quest active i can't take any other quest? (Npcs say i have more urgent stuff to do and i have no more the newspaper in the contacts)
Question 3: can anyone help me tonight killing that #!@%$ i'll be online after 19:00 GMT+1 Global Handle @Alexandro
