They're still good to make from team arena PvP but not worth it for zonal imo.

Depends I guess. Obviously Doms have been hit hard but I am still able to beat most toons on mine. Its more of a blaster than dom as mez means practically nothing now. There are some new changes coming which have changed recharge times etc so can't comment and say if that has ruined it completly.
